The tank is lovely. Bought for daughters 11th birthday for her bedroom. Its all set up and looks beautiful, just waiting for it to settle before the first fish go in. Great first size and easy enough to look after - hopefully!!! Fab quick service from Complete Aquatics.

Second to none
I am very pleased with my first purchase from Complete Aquatics. I had searched several websites for the items I wanted and all of them were cheaper by at least £2 from Complete Aquatics than competitive businesses, including the one that I originally bought my aquarium from. Also, my order was placed at 1156am on a Friday morning and it had arrived, in full by 1200pm the next day. I received good communication from the company, you can't get better than that.

As a new customer you always have reservations when first ordering online, however they proved to be excellent.
As a new customer when you see great offers on line they sometimes seem to good to be true, there was the option to pay using Paypal so I knew I would be protected, my new filter is now installed and running perfectly, dispatched and delivered just as the confirmation emails said it would be, will definetly be using again as I have 5 tanks and a large pond.

Excellent company
I had not used this company before but will definitely do so again. They have a good range of stock at very reasonable prices, in fact the CO2 canisters I needed were the cheapest I could find. My order arrived very promptly the next day. Everything was well packed and arrived in good condition. Even the live food was alive. Great customer service - a rare thing these days. I definitely recommend them.

bought a 60 litter tank and some aqua-safe form there guys. came 2 days later with tracking on it , the tank was packed like NASA packs the mars rovers there's very little the post'es could do the even scratch the tank and the tank was the cheepist iv found
in the two months iv been looking.

Sorry to hear we picked the wrong sized bloodworm. Please just let us know with an email and we are happy to resolve any issues. I will ensure we get some large bloodworm sent out to you on Monday free of charge it was simply a mistake. The daphnia does sometimes change in size it just depends on what arrives but you get much much more daphnia per volume its only smaller. Again if you prefer only large daphnia please just highlight this when checking out

Very good customer service.
Brought a fluval edge with free heater arrived very quickly but wasn't happy with the heater I received, emailed them at 10.00 on the night got a message back straight away agreeing to exchange the heater for one I'd prefer, now that's very good customer service especially at such a late time on the night and the fact that the heater was a freebie in the first place, will be using again for anything else I might need!
