I placed an order (very late, my fault, just before Christmas) and was informed, very quickly by Chris of Complete Aquatics, that the item was out of stock. He suggested very similar substitutes if I preferred not to wait. I decided to wait but the manufactures of the product could not supply as expected - there was no product to import. Eventually, when I was ready (absolutely no pressure from Complete Aquatics) I changed and significantly enlarged my order and this was delivered very swiftly and accurately. Chris kept me informed by email and telephone calls all the way through. To let you know what I think of Complete Aquatics just read the email I sent them after receipt . . . . . . . . .

I purchased a complete Marina aquarium package from Complete Aquatics. I originally bought it because it seemed good value for money as it had everything in it to start off for my daughter. The company emailed precise delivery details and the package was delivered 2 days after ordering within the time slot given, so that was perfect. The tank etc was excellent, everything needed and easy to set up with full instructions for everything, tank, filter system, light and heater. It looks really good and it's excellent value for money as we only needed to buy gravel (also ordered from Complete Aquatics and that was really good value too) and of course, fish! I would recommend this company to anyone, the whole order/delivery/setting up was trouble free by purchasing from them.
Placed an on on Saturday, which arrived Tuesday morning. Received email confirmation and updates of dispatch, as well as trackable courier service which also advised of hour timeslot delivery on the day. Parcel arrived as ordered and packed incredibly well. I cannot fault or recommend this company highly enough. Place an order, you will not be disappointed. 5 Stars!!!!!
I would say this company has the best customer service out their, both chris and chris have gone beyond the normal customer service you receive from other company's. Firstly I had an aquarium delivered directly from arcadia, so complete aquatics acted as the middle men which was in such a state when it arrived, the team at complete aquatics went out of there way to fix the situation, it was swiftly collected and replaced with a tmc signature aquarium along with an eheim pro 3 350t and other bits and bobs also at very competitive prices, actually the best prices I could find on nearly everything I bought. I am now a long term customer and have no intention shopping anywhere else for all my dry goods
I had a real emergency when my skimmer pump suddenly broke and couldn't find anywhere with them in stock untill I found out about complete aquatics. When I phoned they where more than helpful and understanding how quickly I needed it. After only a couple of minutes my order was complete and arrived next morning. I can't express just how pleased with the service I got from them and how they done all they could to get my order to me ASAP. I highly recommend them to every one.
