Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. My order was delivered the next day and great communication on what time it would arrive so I didnt have to hang around all day waiting for it. Great service and will be purchasing more as the prices were good as well.
Bought a fluval spec tank for the best price I could find. When it arrived, through no fault of the company there was a fault in the tank. They sent me a new one immediately, no quibbles and at my convenience. Very happy to recommend these guys.
I was surprised as to how quickly I received my package, I've used other online aquatics stores and have not been entirely satisfied, however with this company I was amazed with the customer service speed of delivery and information on the arrival of my parcel, will most definitely be dealing with this company again and can highly recommend. I have dealt with this site quite a few times and they are brilliant.. Very helpful if you phone up (no query too small or trivial) but also queries on line are dealt with quickly.. My orders have always been well packaged and delivery is prompt.. Really impressed.. Why go anywhere else..
A bought a complete aquarium set-up online following other great reviews. Brilliant customer service. Great to speak with and quickly resolved one small issue. I have since bought more products and I would definitely recommend Complete Aquatics.
I used them as i had a discount code from the ultimatereef website and i am familiar with their shop in a Leyland garden centre. I ordered a 10kg sack of salt and a filter for my ro unit. The filter was a d&d one which was a nice surprise as i was expecting a standard generic one. There was a small problem with a split bag of salt but this was handled exceptionally well and a replacement sent out.
I placed an order (very late, my fault, just before Christmas) and was informed, very quickly by Chris of Complete Aquatics, that the item was out of stock. He suggested very similar substitutes if I preferred not to wait. I decided to wait but the manufactures of the product could not supply as expected - there was no product to import. Eventually, when I was ready (absolutely no pressure from Complete Aquatics) I changed and significantly enlarged my order and this was delivered very swiftly and accurately. Chris kept me informed by email and telephone calls all the way through. To let you know what I think of Complete Aquatics just read the email I sent them after receipt . . . . . . . . .
