I ordered a couple of items from this site on Tuesday at 7:00 pm and received my shipment on Thursday. I was very happy with the quick delivery without paying for expedited shipping and everything was well packaged. No complaints.
Ordered the new Buffalo NAS from them. It was on back order with all the resellers, so no big deal. I signed up for and received an email when the product was available. 4 business days later, still no word from Compsource. I sent an email on day 5 and received an email that it was shipped. When it arrived, I noticed the ship date was the day I emailed them.
The device came with a corrupt firmware (not their fault). But, to return it I had to pay shipping. I did an expedited return so they would ship the replacement right away, charge me for it, then credit when they received the part back. Still waiting for my credit even though I have a confirm saying it was delivered 8 days ago.
They where $10 cheaper than Amazon, so I went with them initially. I guess you get what you pay for, so I won't be shopping with them again.
I ordered an item over 2 months ago and never received it!!!, NO refund been going back and forth being told 1 lie after another and still have never been able to get my money or a reshipment of the item. Also don't let them tell you to wait for any claims through FEDEX, because FEDEX basically told me that I (as the customer) can't file any claims due to lost or destroyed shipments, and guess what? They can't either, some weird thing about there contract with them. STAY AWAY BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM!!!
Good Morning, I would like to say Thank You for your wonderful service as well as your entire team that you work with. I have not received this level of service and communication since the year 2000 when D*** had top notch customer service, which clearly has gone to the wayside .
I didn't think it was possible to find a company with Excellent service again, but I am happy to report you now have a new repeat customer! Don't lose this level of customer service, it makes or breaks a company as a whole. I can't wait to purchase from your company again! Please pass this on to your entire team, I am sure you don't get many complement emails, but I am so impressed I had to send one! Thank You,

I just placed an order with them again. There emails to keep me informed are top notch as well as the ability to call them and talk to a American person immediately. The sales reps really seem to know there stuff as well!
charged exorbitant shipping fee ($42) for overnight shipping, but despite calling to confirm delivery, they failed to deliver on time, or then refused to cancel the order, then demanded that I pay shipping to return late product
I have been working in the IT industry over 20 years and work with hundreds of reputable suppliers - will not be working with Compsource again
I still have not received the order and do not know if it is accurate. However, it is already clear to me that their software is bad and that their internal procedures are even worse.
My order was placed on saturday (nov 28) and immediately afterwards I noticed that I made a mistake on the shipping address. Then I learned that their system does not allow any modifications, even before the order is processed, so I had to send two email messages to different email adresses requesting the modifications.
On Monday morning, two days later, came a request to confirm the address and I requested the same changes for the third time. All before the order was processed.
Their reply to one of the email requests came in the afternoon saying that they had already shipped it and couldn't do nothing about it.
The catch is: they did not provide a tracking number and it was still early for trucks to pick orders (always at the end of the working day), so that was a PLAIN LIE.
I am really tempted to have the bank cancel the debit to my credit card. Maybe they will act on this. The problem is that I am not a lier and will not denounce the plastic as stolen if this was not the case, so I have no other action available, but to denounce their lack of business ethics.
Just don't buy there. They lie.
