Great Prices, Great Service

Concordextra - Brilliant. I've made quite a few purchases from them, both direct from their website and via their ebay store and have never been let down. My parcels have always arrived intact, carefully packaged and on time. They offer a wide range of items such as toiletries, household cleaners, pet food etc, to stationary and even such things as fishing accessories all at really good prices. I really can't praise this company enough. They get my complete 'seal of approval'. Give them a try, I really believe that you will not be disappointed.

Thank you. Received my order the next day!! Great service and extremely good value. The face cream is the best I have ever found. At 99p thats not bad!!!! First got it in Lidl and couldn't find it anywhere after they did it as a "one off". Other great offers too. Great company.

No Next Day Delivery

Order took 4 days to arrive, paid £6.95 for next day delivery, obviously Friday, Saturday & Sunday don't exist. Ordered Thursday not delivered until Monday afternoon.

This order was made after the order cut off time on Thursday afternoon, Therefore order was processed the next working day. The order had been shipped the same day as being processed. The courier do not deliver Saturday or Sunday. Customer was emailed to explain the situation after feedback had been received. We try our very best to keep every customer happy.

Outstanding price

I Bought Raport Deodorant, Which I was finding hard to get in the shops and when I did see Raport it was really expensive.
But I found this web site Concord Extra and they delivered to me with in two days. I would recommend to anyone.

Outstanding price and delivery

I was looking for Prestone Bugwash Windscreen wash which is spot on in the warmer months for getting rid of that fly splat on the windscreen! Normally retails for over £6.00 in a well known car parts store in the UK but Concord were selling it for a lot less and next day delivery too, so I saved a packet on this product, thanks for a easy transaction and a speedy turnaround on my order.

good prices

i usually call in local store but decided to order dog food online + collect from store to ensure availability of large quantity. everything arrived within few days all correct. only gripe is that i am unable to view order history etc online and as i paid with paypal i didn't receive an order ref number or confirmation of items ordered - something about it being classed as a fast track order rather than one by someone with an account i was told?? had to phone helpline to have my order ref to go + collect. improvements definitely to be made to the online account system i think!!

Short order without warning or explanation.

My order was reduced presumably due to lack of availability, but nobody bothered to inform me. The goods were received quickly and in good order, and a refund issued - so no complaints there. But you might have had the courtesy to tell me.

Every order that is short due to stock is fully refunded also emailed. Every order is sent out with an invoice. If refund has been issued it is stated on the invoice.

Good prices let down by service

I have been a Concorde Extra user since moving to Wales 6 years ago, the staff in the local shop are very friendly and helpful. It's a pity the on-line ordering service isn't so good, because when I placed my order I heard nothing from them, no confirmation of my order. It just appears to go to a black hole and to top it the delivery to my local store for collection was painfully slow. I will continue to support my store but will think twice about on-line orders with them.

None of the goods ordered arrived

5 Days after placing my order 1/2 items ordered were refunded via paypal with no explanations after 10 days of no goods arriving I phoned to be told that the items had been lost.
So 10 days after original order I have had nothing

Every order that has a refund gets an email. Items do occasionally get lost in post. Items that have been lost in post are always refunded.

a warning to all

Firstly I had next day delivery on my order and it arrived 3-4 days later, when it did arrive the sweets I had ordered the tub they were in had split so everything was covered in sugar. But the worst part is I emailed customer support to inform then of this and 7 days later I am still waiting for a reply. Maybe 3 stars is too generous??

Have removed an extra star from my review just for the fact they are making me out to be a liar saying they responded to my complaint when they didn't. The fact that they respond to my review 4 months after I initially posted it says it all about their customer support or lack of!

The order that was made was not all in stock. However we tried our very best to get all the stock in for the order. An email was made to inform the customer. Each parcel that is packed is to a high standard, However when the parcel has left our premises it is down to the courier for care. A reply to this customer had been made 2 hours later. We are only able to reply to any emails each morning and each afternoon.

Chaotic

I ordered Hydro 5 razor blades @£3.99, payment was accepted, emailed to confirm item dispatched. So far so good. then another email to say not enough stock so has to cancel order. Item now £4.99 but not in stock. Contacted customer service and told that there was was not enough stock but nothing about being informed that dispatch had been confirmed. To rub salt in the wounds they want a customer review, well they have got it.
I would recomend you avoid at all cost.

I have looked in to this situation of this order. It seems this order had been dispatched but got lost in post. Email regarding not enough stock was a human error. Customer was refunded of the amount paid.

Bulk discount not taken off at checkout and paypal link at end of order comformation disconnected.

Great value for the Brut Deodorants i buy. They sell all different Fragrances from brut at a good price. I buy these every month and recieve them 3 to 4 days laters depending on the day i order. I will always use this site to buy these products. I i could say a negative it would be the cost of the postage and packaging but this wont put me off from buying these products in the future

Diabolical - non existent customer service

bought several items of which one was missing - no reason given - no refund given until i started chasing them up. And when I did chase them up they said the items out of stock - yet they were still selling them on their website?! So I ordered again and what do you know .... delivered 2 days later. Out of stock? I dont think so....non existent customer service? Sounds more like it!

At this time we had a deal week. The items ordered was on a high demand as they where offered with free postage. Our stock levels went down very fast. However we were able to get more stock in a few days later. Each order is sent with an invoice which includes details of refund. Refunds are made at the end of every day, However the refunds are made by humans and human error some times occurs.
