Shocking Waste of Time
Chased this company just to send me a quote three times held up an important, but small job. The order was only about £500.00 but this was my first experience of Condell and I certainly wont be bothering them again.

excellent, good quality, good price, delivered on time.
Can definitely recommend, got everything I needed for my garage roof construction delivered on time and all the wood was dead straight and good quality. I made a mistake ordering the catnic lintel and ordered a high strength one. Condell rang me to confirm and when we realised the mistake were quick to refund me the difference. Will use them again.

Excellent price and service
I was after 2 sun tunnels for my new extension. The builder quoted a far higher price than Condell (not his fault but the merchants he uses) At one stage it looked like they may not arrive on time for the roofer but Tim contacted me personally and everything was available on time. Not only a great price but service which went the extra mile, rare indeed these days. Well done and thank you. Would recommend Condell to anyone. PS. The sun tunnels work great but agree with other comments on the web that the all purpose flashing "skirt" looks cheap and unfinished. The rest of it is quality though just a shame its let down by this. No fault of Condell though and needs to be addressed by Velux.

4 attempts to deliver
I accepted that maybe delivery might not have been possible on stated delivery date however it became very tedious after three phone calls and waiting in for 3 days expecting it to arrive.its a good job that i am weekend builder and didnt have contractors waiting for the particular lintel I ordered.to be fair to staff at condell I believe they did all they could to resolve the situation which I believe was the inability off the regional supplier to complete the delivery.

Great service - great prices

Excellent prices
Despite excellent prices and very helpful staff I have been let down by third party deliveries. An obviously damaged lintel was not replaced immediately. A promise was made for 7 days later by the third party but nothing turned up. So Condell's is an excellent company but let by others which is a shame. Having said all this I will definitely order again and try and give a 5* rating which they probably deserve.

a few stock problems, but sorted quickly
Ordered some 10x10cm lintels - which they had trouble finding, but they did so and kept me informed the whole way through.

Great website, not such great service
Delivered a day late and lost all record of the special instructions I placed with my web order in spite phoning on the desired day of delivery to tell me that they couldn'ty but that they did have the special instructions.
Then they delivered earlier than I wanted them to.
The product itself was completely as ordered so I can't fault them on that

Excellent service on delivery with some reservations on goods
Both items arrived on the day specified.
The timber and the insulation had obviously been stored outside since both were very wet. The tanalised timber was absolutely dripping so I had to wait several days before installing my studding. The poly wrapper on the cavity insulation was also wet, which would not have been a problem if the covering had been intact. Several of the bags were either open at one end or had splits, which had let in the rain. Once again I had to wait some time before I could use the product.

Excellent company to deal with
Prices are the best I could find anywhere on the internet, delivery had to be reorganised to another day due to our location but I was informed immediately so it was not a problem. I have already recommended them to friends.
