DONT look anywhere else. This company has outstanding Customer Care other companies should follow their example.
Having been let down big time on the delivery of a Wedding Topper I found Confetti.co.uk on the internet. I spoke to their agent at 1.15pm on Monday 8th April 2013 who assured me that the product was in stock and if ordered that day should arrive on Wednesday 10 April 2013. I ordered on line, paid for express delivery and explained in my instructions that this produce was for my sons wedding on the 11 April 2013. I was pleasantly surprised when the product was delivered to my home today, 9 April 2013, at 9.40am. That is one day earlier than stated and within 24 hours of ordering. This is remarkable customer service and as the mother of the groom I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Had excellent service and after service from confetti.com. Dealt with supervisor called Elaine who gave 101% excellent service. Would happy shop with them again and recommend them to everybody I know.

Amazing Customer Service, Prompt, Efficient and a Pleasure
I wish that all the companies I am dealing with, whilst planning our wedding had a "Christine". This lady was fantastic, all my e-mails were answered promptly, she went above and beyond to help me and answered everything in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner. Outstanding customer support and prompt service
I had an issue with one of the products so I phoned through and was greeted warmly and really was listened to. The issue was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I do a lot of my shopping online and customer service has a lot to do with the websites I choose to buy from. It was recommended by my sister and I have no doubt I will be using you again.

Prompt delivery, poor product
I recently ordered 10 disposable cameras from confetti.co.uk. They were delivered quickly but when I had the films developed there were very few photos which weren't just black, despite the fact that the cameras had a flash, and the only ones which turned out were full of strange marks, lines and dust particles, I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. It was a complete waste of money!

I am so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the quality of photographs provided by our disposable cameras. We sell over 200,000 cameras per year and have very few issues with these products.
Please can you send the photographs to me and I will send them to our suppliers so they can look into the reason why the photographs have developed to this standard.
Once I have obtained the results of the investigation I will return your photographs to you with an overview of our findings.
I would suggest you use a recorded delivery service to make sure they are not lost in transit, we will of course refund any costs accrued.

Diabolical
Item did not arrive, these things happen. But the customer service is diabolical. Do an Internet search on this company before you buy. It's not good. Wish I had checked reviews before using these. No response to emails, have to open PayPal dispute to get money back.

i got a really good bargain on my invitations and i expected to wait a while, but they came within 2 days-amazing! And really well packaged i loved the little sticker on the top to say who had personally packaged my order! i have bought form confetti before and i will again for a few more bits before my big day! great company!

Brilliant ideas for gifts and great customer service.
Unique gifts that I'd never normally have thought of! Out of ideas for gifts for our mums, so this was just the ticket. The delivery forecast was 2 weeks I think, but we recieved them after just 5 days. Very happy.

Showered with love!
I needed confetti for the tables at my son's wedding reception. I had left it rather late and needed the goods quickly. The website was so useful and it told me how much confetti I would need for each table so that I knew how much to order. The range was great and I was spoilt for choice! The theme was butterflies and I hadn't been able to get any confetti from shops. I got exactly what I was looking for from the website. Delivery was reasonably priced and very quick and efficient. I only had two weeks before the wedding so I was panicking a bit! Needn't have worried. Tables looked fab thanks!

amazing!
i always use confetti and have placed about 20 orders, the products are what they say they are, fab! ive loved everything! only once had a problem a 4 pck of dishes came as a 1 pck which was ressolved quickly and all 4 replaced! amazing customer service. i dont use any other company confetti all the way! im a very happy customer!

Items exactly as described, not let down.
I was searching the internet for well priced disposible cameras. Not many weddings i've been to have them now but I thought they would be nice to offer them to our guests as a momento so that they were able to catch moments the photographer missed. I thought the cameras were by far the best to match our colour scheme and the range of colours were excellent. They were als the best value for money. Customer service was good and the items were dispatched quickly. I would definitely recommend Confetti.co.uk.

Out of stock and slow to refund
Firstly the items were out of stock. I was not informed at the time of ordering or after placing the order. I was not told until I chased their customer service team to see what was going on. When the orders finally arrived they were not what I wanted (which is fine, my fault). I returned the items without a problem but had to wait a long time for the refund which was disappointing. All round I am sadly not very impressed.

I wouldnt advice using confetti
Nothing but hassle,items stating there in stock when there not and then waiting weeks upon weeks and still not recieving the items.
Items such as chocolate favours stating an amount and then that amount not being there,confetti would do nothing about it to help out other than charge you again for another bag.
dont get me wrong some things purchased came and were nice but i would never advice a bride to use this company.

Got exactly what I ordered!

Not happy...
I am not very happy I ordered some purple plum satin ribbon 10mm x 25m and I received burgundy woven edge organza ribbon 15mm x 25m. The table planner was very basic and the receiving box didn't seem to go together very well. I was quite disappointed really.

Excellent products & service!!!
Confetti was my wedding lifesaver as I was running out of time to find a variety of wedding gifts for my sister when I came across Confetti’s website. There was an array of different gifts to choose from where I was able to personalise them too. It was a one-stop shop where I was able to buy all the gifts I wanted for the wedding party and add my own personal touches. I received the goods in a few days. The quality was excellent and more importantly, great value for money.

Product was not as advertised
The engraved cufflink box was actually digitally burned onto the product and not engraved. While this is technically not Confetti's fault (as they offered me a refund, alas time was too tight to send back), the product is mis-sold and after a long debate with Confetti, the product information is still the same on their website. This is mis-selling: engraving is defined by the dictionary as "cut, carved or etched" - this is none of these, it is digitally burned. Alas, the case is now closed. Highly disappointing.

Although manual engraving is exceptionally beautiful, if is impossible to guarantee that the exact type face will be used throughout each item.
As many of our customers purchase multiples of our laser engraved items, it is of the utmost importance to us to ensure that they receive the exact typeface on the multiple items. Laser engraving ensures both a high level of quality and continuity.

Once again absolutely FANTASTIC service.
My daughter went online to order all her wedding invitation stationery and accessories from samples she had previously bought, only to find that nothing was on the website. She called me in a total panic not knowing what or where she could now purchase the items which she had colour coded to suit her wedding profile.
I told her I would call Confetti first thing in the morning which I did, and spoke to Christine, who was absolutely fantastic. She explained that the website was busy undergoing updates and changes to product codes.
I gave her all the codes that we had from the original samples, and within a couple of minutes she called me back to confirm that the codes had indeed changed, but all the items were in stock. I placed the order with her over the phone, and she called me back within the hour to confirm that the order had been despatched.
I can't speak more highly of the service we have had once again from this company.
It is definitely one we will keep using and recommend to friends and family.
