Brilliant Service & Quality
I have ordered many things from this site over the last 12 months in preparation for our wedding, I have found lots of ideas and advice too. The products I have ordered have been excellent quality, value for money and delivered well within the posted timescales.
The only glitch I have encountered was a faulty clasp on a necklace, a quick phone call to Christine in Customer Services and a new necklace was on its way within hours and delivered within two days!! Amazing service, quality products, value for money. Need I say more?? Thank You Confetti for making organising our wedding so much easier!!

Speedy delivery - great quality
Title says it all - bought 4 packs of DIY wedding invites. Really lovely laser cut invites with ribbons and inserts ready to assemble. Delivery was fast and free.
Would recommend to anyone and would definitely use again.

Great customer service
I bought some birdcages that had an image suggesting they could be used with real tealights. When I received them they had a note saying they couldn't- was gutted as loved the birdcages as centrepieces for my wedding. Contacted customer service as they apologised for the confusion and sent me complimentary electric tealights so I could keep my tealights. They were great about it all- would definitely use again.

Love the ever changing offers
There is always a variety of things on special offer and you are kept up to date with regular emails. I ordered some chocolates with a great discount as they were a couple of months off their best before date, along with some pretty metal baskets for the tables. Ordering was simple and everything arrived swiftly. Would happily recommend!

Disposable cameras
I ordered some disposable cameras for my wedding which is next year, there wasnt any advice about a use by date on them so thought they would be fine. When i recieved them they only have a 12mth usage on them so i now have to pay to send them back again, i think it should state that there is a development date on them.

Excellent service
I ordered some books from Confetti for my bridesmaids. They all came in perfect condition and in perfect time and were a reasonable price. There isn't really anything that I'd begrudge paying for on Confetti as everything is so reasonably priced. My bridesmaids loved their little books as well and I will definitely be buying more from them, not to mention their online tools for wedding planning!

Outstanding customer service
I ordered 2 personalised bears for my two pageboys, royal mail seemed to misplace the bears after they attempted delivery. After a number of calls to royal mail and getting no where I contacted confetti where I spoke to Christine Atkins. She could not have been more helpful. Very friendly and polite. I revived replacement bears two days after my call to confetti. I will certainly be buying other products from confetti in the future. Thank you

Was a last minute items search. Contacted Confetti and they could not have been more helpfull. Spoke to Chritine Atkins who was absolutely brilliant and arranged for us to collect the items directly.
Many many thanks for getting us out of a jam. The goods were spot on. Will certainly be recommending and using this company in the future.

Brilliant inspiration

I ordered a guest book and it is exactly what I was expecting to receive. The description and photos were a really great representation of the product. The speed of the service was also great. The guest book arrived within about 3 days of placing the order- very efficient service. I would recommend Confetti to my friends!

Amazing customer service
I had to return the 2 photo albums I had ordered because they didn't have the amount of pages I wanted, despite being told differently when phoning Confetti. So after I explained this situation, I received a full refund including postage, without any problems. My issue was dealt with so professionally, quickly and with no further hassle. I was very impressed with the customer service at confetti and can only recommend the company.

Ecellent customer service
I had to return an item because the colour wasn't right. I called to confirm that it had been received. There was no information available but the advisor (Christine Atkins) said she would monitor my account and would call me to confirm receipt and action a refund. The following day she called and advised that everything was in order and the refund had been actioned.
This lady did everything she said she would and in a really efficient and friendly manner. She's a credit to the company. If only this was the case with every company!

Excellent customer service
We ordered camera's for our wedding(June 2013), when they arrived not too many days later, we noticed they had a date on them for developing of Feb 2013, we telephoned customer helpdesk, to be told we can send them back for a refund, we promised we would re~order at a later date! Thank you Confetti for all your help... we will re~order soon.

Customer Service Are Great
I recieved my stationery order last week and unfortunately the envelopes we ordered came in the wrong colour. I rang Confetti and they were great! they apologised and sent the replacements out the same day! Next day came and they were there! Joanne Whitham at Confetti was excellent and we were able to get our invites out the next day! I know sometimes companies can't help sending and order out incorrect but it's really helpful when they do everything to sort it! Thanks Guys! Invites look amazing too!

Brilliant! & Fast!
The standard items arrived very fast which impressed me greatly and they will look great at our wedding, We had a personalised roll of ribbon, which obviously took longer to arrive but when it did it was awesome. Even my Fiance said it looked great! It will look good on our favors. Thank you.

I've used Confetti quite a lot over the last few months, always find that little something to add to our wedding. Had no problems & always been pleased with the goods that I have received. Always good to have a look at any special offers!

Kept my money!!
Be careful when returning your items as you may not got your money back until you ask. I returned my items and 23 days later still had no refund, i called Confetti only to be told my items were recieved back 16 days ago but no money could be refunded as there was confusion over what i had returned!! Very slow and put off from ordering again.

I am sorry you encountered a delay in your refund being processed when you returned some items to us.
As the turnaround time is generally 21 days for refunds or returns to be credited I am sorry yours took an extra couple of days to be dealt with due to an enquiry on the number of items coming back into us. I do hope the matter has now been resolved to your satisfaction.

Fabulous customer service!
I hadn't received my order despite paying extra for next day delivery. What I hadn't noticed on the website was that one of my items was going to be delayed because it was out of stock! I rang and spoke to a wonderful lady called Christine who was absolutely one of the best customer service reps I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
She was super professional, she redeemed my postage and packaging costs as I'd paid extra for next day delivery and then despatched everything on next day delivery anyway.
What a wonderful and refreshing service, and fabulous items which I can't wait to use on my wedding breakfast tables!
