Unfortunately they didn't have the item in stock I wanted as they had just sold it in store moments prior and the website hadn't updated, totally not their fault and the email correspondents I received we're swift and helpful. They issued me a full hassle free refund as they did not have an alternate item I wanted.
I had difficulty in settling the payment for a pair of shoes that I had ordered. I called the shop and a very kind man made some inquiries. It turned out that no order had been received and that 3 payments had already been done on my account. He made sure that the payments were reimbursed. After that I was able to make a correct order. This was delivered accurately and timely.
I've bought the new Adidas Campus Vulc - Skateboarding edition, which is less insulated than the older version(2007-2008), still a very comfortable shoe for everyday wear and way better than the regular Campus edition which is very narrow, compared to this one. So definitely going to purchase this new Skateboard edition, if Adidas will still make it 4-5 years, when this pair wears out! Plus: love the 2 sets of laces - blue (great shade by the way, it fits perfectly with any blue jeans) and white - a must for any sports shoe. Minus: never wanna repeat the Royal Mail + Romanian post experience. It took 14 days to deliver...

This was the 1st time I'd ever purchased anything from Consortium. The whole process from start to finish was as smooth as it could be. Ordered the item on Saturday, it was dispatched on Monday, & arrived on Tuesday. The free postage was an added bonus too. Unfortunately, I've had to return the item, as they didn't fit my daughter. Again this was simple. One phone call to their customer service department, & I was advised what to do, & they were happy to either exchange or refund, as long as I put a note in with the returned item letting them know which I wanted. I would have no problem dealing with Consortium again, & I would happily recommend them too
