Unfortunately the trainers I had ordered online had sold out instore a few hours before I ordered them. I received a very friendly and apologetic email explaining what had happened and an immediate refund. Although I wasn't able to receive my trainers on this occasion, I will definitely use consortium in the future.
i have no problems with buying from the site, the only thing that bugs me is that Royal Mail is the slowest mail service ever, as i have checked it was shipped from your store on 7th February 2014, but apparently it is still in the international mail center up until today. to which shipping within one working week from purchase isn't really achieved. I don't mind paying extra for the shipping charges as long as they reach me asap.
my experiance with consortium was absolutly great! thats was best praxis for a online shop! Nice people, a lot of informaions, I got a call because to confirm my order (size for my shoes). I´m impressed about this kind of costumer relationship!
Well, I had decided to cancel my order due to them asking for a utility bill and form of identification for 'security purposes', which I didn't think was necessary as I have made purchases online for over £60 and not needed any security checks so why now? Other than that the customer service was very cooperative (however I think it could've been handled differently and STILL purchased what I wanted to) but I shall not be ordering from here again.
I am happy with my purchase but I could improve if traducieran page in more languages in my case the Spanish, and then also the issue of fees, it would be better if you publish the actual price of the product, I found this product by chance by an image of shoes in google. regards
