I placed an order for an item late in the afternoon (that incidentally was miles cheaper than anywhere else - including direct from the manufacturer!) and it arrived the following morning. In addition, the shipping rates for next day delivery were very cheap which makes a refreshing change from being ripped off everywhere else.
I will definitely be purchasing from Consortium again and will be recommending them to my friends and family.
I purchased a hoodie for consortium on March 17th. I still haven't received it. They charged my account as well. I am trying to get this resolved but the extra processes they have their customers take (A copy of your license and a utility bill?!?! Are you kidding me?!?!?) is ridiculous.
It has been a month now and still haven't heard from Consortium. Of course they charged my account ASAP. I haven't received my purchase. Could someone there please call me and let's get this resolved? I'll change my review to favorable if you would show a customer of yours some respect.
I was recommended this online store by a friend as I was looking for a shoe called the Reebok Kamikaze in the tin grey colour. And the website had it which I was ecstatic about and they had my size (9). I purchased the shoe and was excited however I was emailed the next day saying the shoe wasn't in stock as it was sold in store before the website was updated which I feel was quite unprofessional and sad as I was looking forward to the shoe quote a lot as I'm a bit of a sneaker head. I don't know if I'll be buying from the site because the experience made me quite doubtful on it.
Ordered my son some trainers on a Friday mid afternoon and they were delivered Saturday with constant updates on delivery progress. Would not hesitate to use this web site again and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Unfortunately they didn't have the item in stock I wanted as they had just sold it in store moments prior and the website hadn't updated, totally not their fault and the email correspondents I received we're swift and helpful. They issued me a full hassle free refund as they did not have an alternate item I wanted.
