Efficient, affordable, trustworthy

After a couple of dodgy internet purchase experiences in the last few months I was admittedly sceptical about using a site I had never used before. But they were the only store that had what I wanted and I'm now glad I chose to use them rather than wait for another store to restock. They were true to their word about delivery speeds, keeping me updated at every point of the delivery process. A definite recommendation from me.

I will have no hesitation in ordering from Consortium again.

I spoke to a very helpful assistant at Consortium to ask whether an item was in stock and he rang me back after only a few minutes to confirm the delivery had been made. I then placed my order on the internet at 4.15pm and asked for it to be sent to my grand-daughter as it was her birthday the next day. The parcel was delivered at 9.27am the following morning. I was very impressed with the efficient staff and the very quick delivery and would have no hesitation in ordering again from this company.

Consortium were excellent. After having trouble with other online sites and next day deliveries, Consortium did a very good job and were very polite to speak to.

No fuss, just a reputable online retailer who do some great deals.

I would reccomend Consortium as all the items I saw that they were selling, they actually had in-stock, unlike other online retailers and also there was no fuss and fairly quick delivery.

Poor and Misguiding

I went to order a watch on the consortium website only to be told it was out of stock. The last stock item was sold in the shop and there was delay in updating the website, this is understandable. What isn't understandable is even though they have been made aware of this, one week later it is still showing as "in stock" misleading any customers.

got some vans was better price than other skate shops, payed with credit card no problems, was sent email straight away comfirming order and got another one with tracking number. quick delivery and good product will use again
