i have no problems with buying from the site, the only thing that bugs me is that Royal Mail is the slowest mail service ever, as i have checked it was shipped from your store on 7th February 2014, but apparently it is still in the international mail center up until today. to which shipping within one working week from purchase isn't really achieved. I don't mind paying extra for the shipping charges as long as they reach me asap.
my experiance with consortium was absolutly great! thats was best praxis for a online shop! Nice people, a lot of informaions, I got a call because to confirm my order (size for my shoes). I´m impressed about this kind of costumer relationship!
Well, I had decided to cancel my order due to them asking for a utility bill and form of identification for 'security purposes', which I didn't think was necessary as I have made purchases online for over £60 and not needed any security checks so why now? Other than that the customer service was very cooperative (however I think it could've been handled differently and STILL purchased what I wanted to) but I shall not be ordering from here again.
I am happy with my purchase but I could improve if traducieran page in more languages in my case the Spanish, and then also the issue of fees, it would be better if you publish the actual price of the product, I found this product by chance by an image of shoes in google. regards
Politely and well-informed on first enquiry. Very happy FOC NDD offered as standard in UK, truly excellent. Came early on expected day and my son is now thoroughly enjoying his board, even out in this bad weather :-)
I made an online order for 2 pairs of shoes, but after speaking to a mate I found out that I should have ordered a different size, due to the fit of the shoe being off. I rang the guys up, the first friendly person I spoke to said I would need to speak to the guy that deals with the online ordering side of things, he provided me with the guys name as well as a direct number I could reach him on.
When I got through to the online guy he was very accommodating, saying that it was unusual for Adidas to fit big and that usually the opposite was true. He said he would try a pair on and get back to me. Within half an hour he rang me back and told me I was right about the fit and that it would be no problem to change the order. He informed me that they only had one pair of the smaller size, to which I said 'just send me one of each'.....he was really honest and said it would be a waste of my money as they definitely wouldn't fit me.
My shoes arrived in good time and were the perfect fit...my refund was processed quickly and I ended up being more than happy with my whole purchasing experience.
I will be buying as many of my shoes from Consortium as possible in the future, and will be recommending them to as many people as possible. So nice to find an independent store with great knowledgeable and friendly staff.....it's how it should be.
I recommend ordering from consortium.co.uk they offer fast free delivery on anything over £50 and when I ordered something that they no longer had in stock there communication was excellent and provided me with other options.
