Order arrived 11 hours after my order. Absolutely incredible. Fantastic mobile web site too, where you don't have to chase the page all over the place to do anything.

Good prices and quick service
They have an excellent range of cookware, including my beloved Alan Silverwood bakeware, all at reasonable prices. Delivery is swift and can SEEM pricey if you buy a low value item which is bulky or heavy, because they charge according to what it would actually cost to pack and post + VAT. Not many people are aware of this but postage and packing is classified as a service and therefore attracts VAT. However, you only need to spend £30 to have free delivery, whereas a lot of other suppliers have a much higher threshold.

Good sale
Goods arrived promptly, well packed, no problems. Questions answered quickly maybe a little abrupt. Delivery seemed expensive however when I checked around the deal was much cheaper than anywhere else I could find.
