The Best Service Ever
How refreshing to deal with a smaller company that offered all the cookers but none of the hassle. The helpline is superb efficient and cheerful and the delivery guy was superbly helpful. What can I say, I shall recommend you to anyone wanting an oven. Thank you so much

Best price I could find and service could not be faulted
After much research on the internet I could not find my Rangemaster Toledo cheaper anywhere else and service could not be faulted.

I bought a rangemaster cooker and hood as they were the best price with the best reviews. I got great service, as i got a phone call as stated and we arranged a delivery day to suit me. The delivery driver was also very helpful and polite. A+++

Excellent service
Although I ordered my products on line, I felt I would like to speak to a person first.
I liked the fact that the phone number was clear on the site and you didn't have to search it out in the small print. Then when I spoke to a very nice lady, she couldn't have been more helpful. Finally, my order was delivered very quickly and Cookers and Ovens kept me updated.

Great web site, price and service, what more can I say?
First and foremost the website was brilliant with very helpfully videos to let you see and explore the product with a complete demonstration. The price was right and the delivery service was good, not brilliant but good, but this was more down to the individual driver having had a bad day so in my view this shouldn't detract from the fact the pre delivery service was faultless and in principle everything in place for the delivery is what you would expect. People on the end of the phone very friendly, polite and professional.
Would definitely recommend to others but in the nicest possible way I hope I don't need another expensive cooker for a very long time!

Beautiful Rangemaster
Love my new Rangemaster range cooker. Delivered at the time and day that was stated. Call in the morning to say what time meant I didn't have to wait in all day. Looks lovely in my new kitchen and looking forward to years of happy cooking.

The oven came on the day as stated but the driver did not ring half an hour before.
We are very happy indeed with our purchase. It is superb. It was delivered on the day I specified and as stated except the driver did not ring beforehand as he should have done. This meant I had to wait with the cooker on my drive for my friend to come over and help lift it into the house. If it had been pouring down my cooker would have been left outside in the rain for 20 minutes. The driver's excuse was that he was 2 miles away when he looked at the paperwork and he thought he would just come round.
What would he have done if I was 30 minutes away and not in the house?

Yes you can believe the GOOD reviews. I always am suspicious when a company is praised a lot, especially if I have not dealt with them before. But in this case you can believe them.
From start to finish the ordering process of my Rangemaster oven was painless. Melanie is wonderful and really does give a very helpful and personal service.
The oven and hood (which I ordered separately and subsequently) to the oven turned up together on the promised day. They arrived in perfect order. Me, being a panicky receiver of ordered goods, had made a couple of calls to Melanie to find out where the delivery men were and she could not have been more helpful.
This is one company I would highly recommend and as I say, you can believe the reviews.

So why was my experience so different to the others?
It seems perhaps I was unlucky or the other reviewers lucky. In the end we have agreed to walk away from it all and put it down as a bad experience.

I would recommend this Company 100%
Would certainly recommend this Company 100% for service, price and selection. Melanie in customer service is extremely helpful and a true asset to them - I hope they appreciate her - nothing too much trouble.
Only downside was the delivery driver would not assist with taking item into the house, just left it on driveway - luckily my husband was home at the time otherwise would have been left on driveway till he got home, as it was he had to struggle to get this range cooker into the house on his own. Not a fault of Cookers and Ovens, but the delivery Company they use should advise this when calling to arrange delivery date.
Make Cookers and Ovens your first point of call and save time searching elsewhere - you won't need to!!

Fabulous Service!
Being a new home owner I needed literally every electrical appliance for my new kitchen. Melanie was such a fabulous help and offered advice on specs for the various models in the make I wanted. No question was too small or too silly and she even sorted me out with my kitchen sink! Good service, very good prices and reliable delivery. It's very refreshing to find a company who replies to emails efficiently and has that personal touch. Keep it up!

I would give the service 5 stars, Wonderful Service!
Extreamly good and pleasent service from the lady at the end of the phone who dealt with my order. Delivery was on time and was in pristine condition. Additionally during the post delivery courtesy call she agreed to contact one of the suppliers with a observation regarding the interaction between two of their items ( The stability of the tap on the sink )
All in all a FIRST CLASS service

Just brilliant
My wife and I are, lets say 'no longer in the first flush of youth' so for the likes of kitchen appliances we have tended to shop locally. When recently we decided to upgrade our kitchen appliances we could not find anywhere that stocked a very wide range from which to choose. So the internet was the only way to review the entire kitchen market. Hearing so many sad stories of people having a bad experience with internet shopping it was not without some hesitation. However, Cookersandovens.co.uk was a revelation. Not only was a wide range of appliances well presented with image and information but the prices were too good to be ignored by comparison with other sites ! In a telephone call I knew that I was talking with a genuinely friendly and helpfull sales person, clearly not the typical get the order and get off the line 'call-handler'. So the order was placed. I had a very clear statement by email almost immediately confirming the items and order details. Within three days I received a call to say that the items were in their stock and ready to be delivered at my convenience. They arrived the following day in a clean delivery van by a most polite and helpful man who carried everything, even the fridge, into the house and placed it exactly where we wanted it. The packaging was not even bruised or the corners crushed. Our experience of Cookersandovens.co.uk I can truly describe as astonishingly good. Good prices, good company contact and procedures, good safe and prompt delivery. - What else can a customer want?

BRILLIANT!!!!!!
I had wanted a Rangemaster Cooker and Hood but knew nothing about the prouduct. Cookers & Ovens website was extremely informative and helped me make the right choice. The staff were very helpful, delivery was made and even though we have a gravel drive which I forgot to mention the delivery guy persevered and managed to get our cooker into the house. A great service, product and good price. Extremely happy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent!
My wife set her heart on a Rangemaster Classic Deluxe in Cranberry and Chrome for our new kitchen. We looked around for the best price and found Cookers & Ovens. I initially called them for a price as we were quite apprehensive about buying from an internet based company. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable. I called a few days later to place the order, again a very reassuring experience. The item came on the day we had arranged and looks fantastic in our new kitchen. I even received a follow up call from Cookers & Ovens a couple of weeks after delivery to check that all was well. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

First Class !
My wife has always wanted a Gas Rangemaster Classic, so we were able to find clear information and comparrisons on the web site complete with the discount offer on the matching hood. This was the best price we could find which a number of large retailers were unable to match. The company were very helpful and accomodating and the delivery date was very quick and convenient. We were kept up to date with estimated time of delivery which, following a phone call from the delivery company proved 'spot on'.
Contrary to some of the earlier reviews, we could not have been happier with our delivery driver who was more than willing to help us unpack our new major purchase, take away the packaging and allow us plenty of time to examine for damage. I even telephoned them back to commend him.
I have already recommended them to friends and family with no hesitation. Thank you!

I wanted a Rangemaster induction oven and hood before Christmas. Due to a new kitchen being built I left it to the last minute before ordering. Firstly this company had the best price on the net, secondly they couldn't have been more helpful. I contacted them on the last day for orders, and they managed to phone the order in, as I was desperate to have it for Christmas, they said that if the oven was ready before the specified date they would collect it early as they were near Rangemaster and arrange early delivery. Once it was ready they e-mailed me straight away, advising the name of the delivery company, order number etc. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Wonderful company, staff and customer service.

Very satisfied - would definitely use again
I ordered a range cooker and hood. Very pleasant and customer focussed approach and excellent price. Cooker was delivered on date agreed. Only niggle was the one man delivery driver who seemed to have had a bad day and was reluctant to wait while I tried to check the cooker. However this was no big deal. I would definitely recommed this company and would not hesitate to use again.

Great service - only let down by delivery process
Excellent price and very good customer care from Cookers and Ovens - good communication and dealt with issues extremely efficiently. One man delivery and the time limit for checking something as large as a range with an impatient delivery man was the only problem but the delivery charge was very reasonable so "you pay your money and take your choice" as they say - if you want a Rolls Royce service, you should pay for it.
I would definitely recommend the company.

Could be better!
Although the price of the rangemaster and hood were excellent I was not happy with the cost of the 2 man delivery. Basically whether you are spending over £1,500.00 or just £500.00 with cookersandovens, cookersandovens charge the same for 2 man delivery, in total £80.00! Most online purchases have a structured delivery charge dependent on how much you are spending with the company - spend less, pay more delivery, which is acceptable and fair. I would also appreciate that should a company be delivering to a top floor flat then the delivery charge would be more. I would recommend cookersandovens but I would also recommend people search the internet for a better deal as my purchase from cookersandovens was due to wanting a specific oven that most others suppliers did not stock. Excellent service from start to finish
Helpful on the phone, goods delivered in only a few days rather than weeks quoted by other companies. Great delivery driver, I have an old house with stone steps and an awkward hallway space, none of this was an trouble to the driver.
Would definitely use Cookers and Ovens again and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent price and courteous delivery
I trawled through many outlets to find the best price for my range and hood - and C&O were by far the best. They worked hard to keep me fully informed of delivery timescales, and although there was only one chap on the delivery van, he was very helpful and helped me unpack and check the items.
Would highly recommend and will not hesitate in using again.
