I absolutely love CoolBlades! They are friendly, helpful, do an excellent job with maintenance/repairs and are very quick getting things back to you safe and sound. Have used them for a few years and I'm totally satisfied! :)
Found a cool pair of scissors at the right price, in my fave colour green. They arrived quickly, especially as I am in France, but was disappointed to discover that the funky green finger rings were in fact clear ones :( That doesn't matter to the performance of the scissors, just to the aesthetic and not important enough to make a fuss over.
Was impressed with the selection of stock they offer, would def order again.
I am really impressed with the service from Coolblades - living in the Channel Islands delivery can sometimes be slow and also be expensive but the order arrived really fast. The site is very easy to use and has a great selection of products, I will definately order from them again.
When ordering with CoolBlades I just wanted a few items, however it doesnt matter how large or small the quantity the staff are just as helpful and courteous
I have lost my eyelashes due to chemotherapy and my need to have eyelashes that are quick to fit is really important. Coolblades fulfilled my order in double quick time and delivered them to me a quick as possible

No one has any idea what is going on in this company. Placed an order online and it took me 3 phone calls each of which the phone line was "accidentally" cut at least 1 time during each call. Was simply asking for the vat on my invoice to be removed as I am registered for VAT in Malta and the order was to be exported. No one had any idea this was the Law. There customer services line is constantly a voicemail, you have to press to go through to sales for someone to answer.
When on the 3rd phone call I was expressing my discuss at the service the girl said "all I can do is apologise" and put the phone down on me again!! If it wasn't for that I probably wouldn't have taken the time to write this but everyone should be made aware of this "tin pot" outfit. I find it shocking they profess to sell to the trade only with such unprofessional service, I have received better from market place sellers. It has taken them a week to process an order god knows how long it will take to receive.
To summarise shockingly bad service and uneducated staff.
I have used this company quite a few times now to order a variety of different hair products. They always dispatch the items really quick even for big orders its always been same or next day dispatch and then it arrives pretty quick too! Also think its nice how they add personal touches to their correspondence.
Looked everywhere for the items I wanted, no one had them in stock and I was fast losing hope.... Found CoolBlades and emailed them to see when they would next have them in - fast, friendly response and was happy to be told they were in stock that day, also the cheapest found as usually these straighteners are over £110! Very happy with the quick response and delivery :)
