Had to wait ten days for my order due to the fact that it was not addressed correctly. The address only had my name and street name on it and Republic of Ireland leaving out my town and county so it could have ended up anywhere but due to the excellent detective work of our postal system they managed to track me down. I emailed Cool Blades earlier in the week to say I hadn't received my order but as yet have got no reply. For that reason don't think I'll be using them again

Thank you very much for your feedback and I am very sorry to hear about the problems with your order delivery. We're not in the habit of mis-addressing packages and it's very useful to hear about it when it happens as it helps us improve for the future. In this case, I'm afraid your address was messed up by a bug in our packaging software which only occurred when a very specific set of conditions were met, so we hadn't seen it before. Our engineers are now fixing it.
I'm also sorry to hear that nobody got back in touch with you after you emailed. Customer emails are monitored very closely, so I will speak to our team to find out how yours got missed.
