Utterly excellent service.
I was amazed to find my product (wireless Xbox 360 controller) so cheap, it was £10 cheaper than anywhere else and was brand new (even some second hand controllers were higher priced).
I had never heard of Coolshop and wondered if maybe there was a catch, or if they were dodgy, but I threw caution to the wind and ordered my pad anyway, it arrived before the expected date in perfect condition.
I will be buying from here again without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone who needed something for their consoles or PC.

Great Prices and Fast delivery
My first order with coolshop went well, I found it through browsing and decided to have a look at what was on offer. I spent around £100 on some great bargains, I was sceptical that they would arrive in a timely manner, but all came within a week and the goods were new and sealed UK packaging. Great service and I will shop here again.

Can't complain at all
I ordered Skylanders for the PS3. Coolshop was the cheapest place in terms of purchase price. The game arrived quickly and was well packaged. I can't comment to how good Coolshop's customer service is as there were no issues with my order.

Service second to none

Coolshop are on Playstation Online so I tried them, they delivered 100%.
I own www.playstationonline.co.uk and we support Coolshop but I'd not used them before.

Cool shop...indeed.
Only shop (both offline and online) that actually had the product i was after. Never ordered from them before but needs must and i was quite desperate. dove in head first being quite skeptical as i am with all new stores i have to order from. Pleasantly surprised, absolutely perfect service no problems what so ever, game came through with no hassle or "delivery issues" at all (unlike other well know stores).
Will definitely be a returning customer.

Was unsure about language at first but coolshop were really helpful and service was excellent.
Ordered a skylanders starter set for my son after being informed that the nordic version would be in english. I was unsure as the packaging said it wasn't! After live messaging coolshop I was told that this was the case. I ordered the game over a bank holiday weekend and received it on the Friday. Excellent service. Game plays perfectly in english and at a much better price than I could have got elsewhere. Will be using again!

Terrible, delivered wrong item and still waiting for refund
I ordered Skylanders Spyro Starter pack from Coolshop for £24.99 they delivered a total random product of a Spiderman web shooter doll (the one which didn't sell very well conveniently enough !!). My little boy was absolutely gutted as he'd waited every day at the door for the postman to turn up with his order for Skylanders which he'd bought with his pocket money. This company is useless.

I was pleasantly surprised
I was buying a game for my son and Coolshop were the cheapest by a long way. I had never heard of them before and was a little suspicious because of the difference in price - I've been scammed by a seller on Amazon before. However I placed the order and it arrived quickly and is perfect. My son is delighted and he saved a few pounds too!
