Many thanks for an excellent service, an excellent price and getting this prepared to an individual specification on the same day for me to collect! It is installed now and working nicely. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic service and product. I've now installed and faultless. Extremely pleased with everything from purchase, delivery arrived on forecast day at 1000 on the day and excellent product.. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.

great customer service and swift delivery
Great customer service, lots of choices and even more available when I rang customer services to arrange a bespoke order, and to cap it off I got a next day delivery as my order was placed in the morning. Highly Recommended.

Too big to care
No response to my email inquiry regarding shipping.
£25 doesn't get you a tracking Number. No lower shipping costs.
Had better communications and postage from articles costing £2 let alone £222.
This all adds up to inferior or non-customer orientated company.

At this moment we do not offer a tracking number as everything is delivered by ourselves but you're welcome to call and we can contact the driver if you have any special requirements.

Good price and a good service
Very pleased with the service from copper cylinders. Excellent price and a good quick delivery. I was pleased to see that the immersion heaters ordered with the cylinder arrived fully fitted, a nice surprise.

Excellent Service, delivered next day and very cheap!!!
I would recommend this company to anyone.
I had a cylinder installation job booked and ordered the cylinder to be delivered to my customers property. When I arrived to carry out the installation the cylinder had already been delivered, first class service and cheaper than other places I have used.
I will be using this website again and will be recommending it to anyone who asks!!!

Great copper cylinder & Next day delivery!

The service by the Copper Cylinder Company staff is very poor, and they are not trust worthy. They delivered the wrong size cylinder, but didn't want to replace it when I complained.
I spoke to Serah twice about my complaint. She said that she will investigate, and asked me to leave my phone number, but several weeks have passed and she still hasn't phoned me.

As a gesture of goodwill we agreed to replace the cylinder (even after he had removed the lagging??) but requested payment for shipping as this is an external cost. We’re still waiting to hear back from the customer.Due to this review, we can only assume that our solution was unsatisfactory.

Excellent product, first class service and great value for money
I came across this company's web site and quickly found exactly what I needed at a very competitive price. I decided to go for one of their standard products, although it appears that they also to make to order. I ordered the cylinder late on Monday afternoon and was told that it would arrive on Wednesday morning. The cylinder arrived at 11am Wednesday and was very well packaged. The immersion heater I also ordered had been pre-fitted so one job less to do. The cylinder was installed and working later that day. To sum up, a great product at an extremely good price (the best i found!) backed up by great service - who could ask for more!!
