I ordered a sweatshirt for my husband as a christmas present on Dec 12. STILL have not recieved it. Customer portal is a load of crap since no one responds. Also, can't even check on the status of the order since the website has now been down for over a MONTH. I have now reported this website to the Better Business Bureau and the FBI website scam center. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I placed my order November 25th. I received one shirt quickly but the second shirt was backordered. I sent a message January 4th to cancel that item and never got a reply. It's been way too long and the website keeps going down! Terrible experience all around. If they're not going to respond to their own portal, why not give customers an actual means of conduct?
Ordered Rotting Christ T shirt 666 on 04/12/13 Got a email they posted it out on 03/01/14. (allow five days) Sent them a message on the portal (24/01/14) saying i've not received my t shirt. still waiting for a reply. I think the website has been down since Tuesday or Wednesday! Its not looking good for my order.
I purchased 3 shirts from Corpse Clothing on July 25 2013. I waited 3 months but my shirts were never shipped. I contacted Corpse clothing in October to cancel my order and refund my money as no product was ever shipped to me. They responded right away to say they would cancel my order and refund my money. It is almost February and still my refund has never been given. Due to the way the Customer Portal is (horribly) set up. I cannot contact them. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I am looking into ways to report Corpse Clothing as I am certain it is a scam and not a real company. DO NOT ORDER THINGS FROM CORPSE CLOTHING !
I purchased two t-shirts on November 5th 2013.Today it is January 27th 2014 and you keep reordering them after I contacted you on January 8th 2014 asking information on refunds and you have not answered me yet.Really? nineteen days have passed and you still have not answered to one of your customers? I know that I am most likely not going to get the products that I purchased but still I should get a refund.
You also provide no e-mail or phone for your customers to contact you which is really suspicious especially when this portal of yours does not seem to work properly.After posting a message you cannot post another until someone has answered to the first one, the problem is that no one answers so your customers are trapped.I want to ask for a cancellation but i cannot!
This way you are losing customers,you just have to read the reviews,most of which are from disappointed customers which means that you might not be around for long as a company if you do not do something.
Ordered this Bloodbath t-shirt on the 15th of August 2013. Sent 3 messages via the portal to which replies were saying it's still being re-ordered which was fine, but after 5 months of waiting I asked for a refund on the 23rd of Dec through the portal since it appeared the shirt was never coming... A month later and still no reply... And since you have to wait for a reply from the seller before sending another message (and they have no email) I now have no way of contacting them about the whereabouts of my item. So I've been forced to write this review as it appears I've been ripped off. I was actually going to buy a few more items but I think I'll give it a miss. Very disappointing
After I posted this review I realised 90% of the other reviews were the same as mine. Also I noticed Corpse Clothing seem to only respond to the good reviews for their site. What a joke
i ordered two shirts for me and my fiancee on OCTOBER 27 2013... the item was reordered and reordered... and as many customers i left a message for customer service to cancel my order and no reply as well... and can't left more messages unless they reply to it... no phone number to call as well, and the item is reordering again i guess until the day i die to get my refund, paypal can't help either bc 45 days passed already... i guess thats their trick to make money my order number is 4114760 just in case somebody from CC wish to to see this
I put in an order on a tshirt in August 2013. After alot of reorders i canceled the order, and the customer service told me that the money were on the way back on my paypal account. After waiting for over a month I wrote them once more, and since late December I havnt heard anything from them. I can't write in the after sales portal anymore, so I can't bump it up for them to read. They don't really have any contact email, so I can't find a way to contact them.
I hope they will read this, so I have a chance to get back my money.
I ordered a t shirt in August and they took the money from my bank immediately despite not having the item in stock, then they left it on order with their US supplier for 4 months. It was only when I remembered about the order that I checked my bank, realised the money was taken out already so checked the "customer portal", which is a customer service nightmare. You have to leave them a message, which they can respond to if they want, or ignore if they don't. If they don't respond to it you can't leave them another message either.
What annoyed me, more than the fact that they took the money knowing they didn't have the stock, or the terrible portal thing, was that they never once emailed me to say they were having problems with the supplier, or to suggest that they refund the money, or just to reassure me that it was in hand. It felt like they would have happily kept that £20 forever if I hadn't contacted them, and I would probably never have heard from them again.
Cancelled the order in early December and it took until early January to process the refund through paypal, which seems a long time to do a refund, especially when they were so keen to take the finds out of my bank the instant I placed the order. Because it was over 45 days Paypal couldn't get involved so I just had to sit around and wait.
To be fair to them, they did refund the money eventually, but I was just very disappointed to have wasted 5 months waiting for something that never worked out.
I bought the article "Amon Amarth Thor Hoodie Size:M" the 05/10/2013. the 02/12/2013 as I was tired of waiting (yes 2 months later and many reorders later) I asked for a cancellation, someone from the customer service called Rachel told me that "order would be closed and a refund request passed to the team for processing" I have then been told to wait for maximum 30 days to get my refound. It's past that time now It's the 11/01/14. Understand that I am very dissatisfied with your services, for the time I had to wait to cancel my product and not even getting my founds back! Especially that! You have NEVER respected the delays you have been putting along the different conditions of my order. Your team didn't answer the message that I posted in the customer service portal a week ago. This is unacceptable, I wish I had opened that paypal lawsuit earlier, because I obviously reached the 45 days limit before payment. Am I not getting my 59.99€ back? My fiancé ordered an item for me on October 19th 2013. We verified the address the same day. A message was posted asking us to verify the address again, but there is never an email notification that there was communication. The item was on reorder status for weeks. As of 27/11/13, the following message was posted:
Hi Rebecca the address i can see has been amended, we sorry for the delay also in this the USA supplier is out of stock in XL size for this while we wait for reprints to be done which can take anywhere between 2 and 5 reorders in most of these cases. Soon as these are done they will arrive to us and be shipped out unless you dont wish to wait on backorder for this or swap to another item then please let us know. Best regards and apologies

At that point there has been no communication at all. Seriously you want to stop communicating when we state we want a refund? That's bad customer service. There is no reason to not refund the full amount as the order has not even shipped. It's gone through 2 more reorder status's sense we requested the refund.
Don't order from this company, you will not get the item or your money back.

Update to this review. As of 13/01/2014 there still has not been a response from this company, however a fraudulent complaint was filed through the bank and the money got credited to the account. So now there's fraud against this company because that is what they are, a fraud. Do not try to order from them.
Horrible service. I ordered a T-shirt 1½ year ago. It didn't show up so I contacted the customer portal, and they kept telling me that they reordered it from the manufacturer and keep saying that I should let them know if I want my money back. A few months ago I log in to the customer portal just to find out that the T-shirt order has been cancelled without anybody bothering to let me know. So I contact them to let them know that I would like my money back, and they say that they will fix that right away. As of right now, I haven't received any money, I've contacted them again to let them know. It's been two weeks now and they haven't contacted me. I don't think I'm ever going to see those $30. Do NOT order from them, because they WILL let you down.
You will have a disgusting experience going to corpse clothing. Don't get me wrong, their selection is amazing (only reason I bought from them) but their whole "customer portal" idea is THE WORST line of communication with a customer ever thought of. No emails, phone numbers or anything! You just must pray a customer service team member responds to you oh and 24 hour response my a$s, try like 7 days for a response that seems like I'm talking to a robot. I've been waiting 1 month for my shirt and checked the status today and after 2 "reorders" the item is discontinued? That's fine but I DID NOT receive an email saying so offering me a different item or refund and no response from the useless portal responding my money was given back, unprofessional business and it amazes me how they respond quicker in an attempt to defend themselves on here than they do actually replying to you. Pathetic excuse of a business, will probably go to the B.B.B if my hard earned money is not returned. I WANT MY REFUND CORPSE CLOTHING, DO NOT EXPECT ANY MORE MONEY FROM ME JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK SO I NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH YOU AGAIN.
Ordered my Hoodie on October 9. And it's been going back and forth with status' from "Re-order" to "Ordered with Supplier" 3 or 4 times each. At this point that tells me nothing. I can't get a response from their Portal and now it won't let me ask questions there either it's blocked and says "to give customer service a chance to respond" so I have no way to communicate now. I want to cancel my order but can't. I may have to go through my Bank to get my money back. There is no way to get a hold of customer service. It's very frustrating!!! No phone #, no E-mail adress...how can they run a website like this? You should be able to contact these people other than the "Customer Portal" that isn't helping. No one can wait more than two months for a gift and your receipt said most things ship within 20 days -this is misleading unless you were to let us know it's going to take longer but you don't... Super disappointed.

I ordered something back in May. After 7 "re-orders" I decided that I did not want to have my money sitting out there any longer and requested a refund. Customer service said they would send it out on 8/31/13... I am still waiting for it... It's been over two months... Like others have said their customer service takes forever to get back to you, and they don't even allow you the opportunity to send another message. I just wish that I could get my refund and forget this ever happened. Going on 6 months with no product and no refund. I am looking into ways that I can report this organization for fraud/scam.
I ordered a t-shirt on 10th Oct 2013 and it has seemingly not turned up but has been re-ordered which will take up to another 14 days and I wasn't even asked my permission and I can't reply to them as I'm still waiting on them replying to me. I want to cancel my order, get a refund and order somewhere else, it's utterly unacceptable to be waiting for over 28 days for a t-shirt, even it is from the U.S.
Not happy at all as this was a birthday present too.
