Generally nice products and prices, although an inventory error delayed the process

SHIPPING: I ordered three fashion corsets during the 3 for 2 sale, and shortly after I was contacted by an employee, who told me that one of the corsets was not in stock due to an inventory error. I was told that they would have it in stock in 3-4 weeks, and I was welcome to choose something else or cancel my order if I did not want to wait.
I chose to have the two other corsets shipped to me immediately and wait for the third one. Already after 13 days, the missing corset was shipped from corsets-uk and arrived here in Denmark about 12 days later. All in all it took almost a month from ordering until the last corset arrived here in Denmark.

PRODUCTS: The products are generally nice, especially for the price, and though the fashion corsets do not have steel bones, they still shape the body nicely.
The lacing on fashion corsets is satin ribbon, which is a bit difficult to work with (if you do not have a helper to lace you), but I am planning to replace it with sturdier cord.
The only complaint I have is that a bow, that should be on the middle of the corset trim is located somewhat off center, but I can fix that with needle and thread.

Wonderful customer service

Great quality corsetry at affordable prices -and the most wonderful customer service ever! My package got lost in my local mail system, and even though that is technically not their problem, they simply sent me a similar product again, free of charge.
Also, very personal customer service, you get a feeling you're not just talking to a robot!
Would definately shop there again!

Unacceptable

No delivery after 40 days.
The "customer service" has a bad attitude and does not help you until after a month.

I had a horrible experience with purchasing online recently, and this was the first order I have placed online after that catastrophe. Needless to say I was really nervous. A couple of my friends on facebook liked their site though so I went with it.

I bought three items. I sent an email to their customer services (I had made a mistake in my order) and they were so helpful. The goods were delayed due to this error on my part but arrived exactly two days after the customer service girl (Annie) said she'd put them in the mail. The items were all the right size, all beautiful quality and materials and I'm really happy with them!

I'm still feeling very edgy about online shopping through new companies, but I'd use these guys again.

Right Order, Wrong day-and slightly damaged

This was the second time that I bought a corset from Corsets UK and it's always with an element of danger I feel after reading so many other reviews where the company either sent out the wrong size, wrong item or the item hasn't been received.

However, both times I paid for next day delivery so that I could minimise possible dellivery problems-however,
I waited in all day friday for the item to be delivered by UPS like I had paid for them to do so, only for the item to turn up on a saturday morning by Royal Mail post!
Not only was the item a day late and by a different courtier but also when I opened it, the modesty pannel had been packed badly so that it now has several permanent creases in it, but also the nylon laces in the corset had not been fused together so that the corset cannot be laced without this being fixed-I have had to knot these together and stitch them but due to the nature of tight lacing I'm doubtful if this will hold up...not happy about the product and I'm not thrilled that when dealing with this company it's like a game of russian roulette whether or not you actually receive the right order!

Probably the Best Company in the World!

I have bought several thousands of corsets from Corset UK, and the service has been simply unbelievable! Every corset was hand delivered to me the same evening I ordered. Sometimes, in fact, they even anticipate my taste and send me corsets I haven't even ordered! Not a lot of companies will go to such lengths.
The corsets are made from incredibly high end fabrics, costing thousands of pounds per foot, and tailored with the utmost of care. In a few cases the fit was not absolutely perfect, but the helpful and extremely professional girls would make alterations in my home.
I have recommended them to everyone I know, even strangers on the street, because everyone owes themselves to experience this splendid company.
It is most worrying that some people here find it in their hearts company, which obviously can't even make a profit with the cut rate prices on all their products.
I just wish for more glowingly positive reviews, which can then be recommended by other happy customers like me!

Horrible will not replace items that are not received through mail for loyal customers!!!!

they get one star just for the quality, look, and feel of their corsets which are manufactured elsewhere. However the four stars that are lacking are due to the way they handle items that are lost in which they don't replace in a timely fashion. passing customers from one Rep to another or completely ignoring their emails is not professional. I encourage anyone to stay clear of this company or you will endure the misfortunate circumstance when an item is lost or stolen through the mail. They will ignore you when it comes time to replace an order after they have already received payment!

Absolutely unbelievable

I discovered this company as a link in my gmail. Usually I wouldn't have clicked, but the offer of "buy 2 get 1 free" was a bit more than this shopper could resist. I purchased some gift-corsets, and a selection needed straight away for an event. All of the items I needed immediately were marked as 'in stock', so I had no qualms about paying the extra for next-day shipping.

To my horror, when the parcel arrived only 3 of the 6 corsets I had ordered had arrived, none of which were the ones I required urgently. Emails to the company went unanswered for weeks on end, the event came and went without my corsets, until I *finally* received an email informing me the corsets I had paid extra shipping for were not in stock. I was passed from pillar to post, from one customer service rep to another, until I finally managed to negotiate a refund of the corsets that had not arrived.

I will say that their corsets seem reasonable value for money, but the hassle and stress that the order gave me was utterly unbelievable. I certainly would not recommend this company to others, and I thoroughly doubt I will shop with them again, no matter *how* tempting their 3 for 2 deal is.

Fabulous!!!

I discovered this company on facebook before the summer. Ordered a first one from their special offers, and i totally loved the quality of fabric, the fast delivery and the help i got from everyone at corsets-uk! i am now a returning customer, ordered over 10 of those lovely things and planning to order more! Never before have i met such a nice company and such a nice staff! they are all so helpfull when you want to buy your first corset! go ahead everyone, i highly and warmly recommand them!!

Incredible!!!!

I have purchased over 40 corsets from them!! The quality is so incredible!!! I can't believe the prices they sell them at! Customer service has been nothing less then top notch!! They went out of their way to rectify a server problem they were having with PayPal to ensure my order went through!! I have recommended them to EVERYONE in my office, my friends and family!!!

I have 13+ corsets from corsets-uk love them all, had fault with 2 of them but the customer service was amazing and quickly solved it as soon as they knew. I will continue to buy them for a long time yet , have recommended them to many friends and family <3 who are know equally addicted <3

Beautiful corsets and great customer service.

I have bought more than 20 corsets through this company and never had a problem with my orders. Once an item went missing in the post, which was not the fault of corsets-uk, I informed them and received a replacement on my doorstep two days later. I sing their praises to everyone who is interested and often get stopped in the street by others to admire the loveliness of their corsets :)
The quality is outstanding, even more so when you consider how little you are paying for such a great product.
I am a devout corsets-ukist and will be till the day I die :)

Most trustworthy site I've ever bought from

Corsets-UK have absolutely wonderful quality corsets - especially given the price. Every query I've had has been answered promptly and helpfully. The returns process is easy to understand and yet I have never ad a problem that has warranted a return. The garments have all been delivered within the time stated when ordering and arrive in a wonderful condition. I have never had an order misplaced or been incorrectly sent, a few times I've even had an item that was listed as pre-order arrive with the one in stock!
I'm very pleased with this service, would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend (In fact,I already have to several!) and plan to make many orders in the future.

Brilliant

I absolutely love this company!
I found it two months ago and already have 5 beautiful corsets!
The delivery was prompt, the payment easy and the service great!
I will definitely buy more from them, that for sure!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm giving them a 5 because I can't give them an 11. I have 6 corsets from corset-uk one of which will be part of my wedding ensemble. I've only had one issue and that was the postal service's fault and not corset-uk's. The customer service has been more than amazing and the product is absolutely stellar! I can't say enough good things about this company!

shopping with corsets uk is very stressfull!

Some of the corsets are beautiful and cheap but faulse advertising, faulty goods, short laces, bad customer relations, a size guide thats wrong, really lets this company down.

Lies lies and more complete rubbish.

Worst customer service EVER. Oh don't get me wrong. Very polite but still a lot of lies. They will say anything to make it seem like they are complying and being good to you. But my order was completely botched. I ordered 3. Their website was on the blink and so I had to call the order in. After I confirmed my order with a live rep, they tried to make it out like it was my fault when my order was 2 corsets short, even after I scanned and emailed them the packing papers to confirm that I had not gotten my full order. Now they claim they've sent me another shipment with the 2 corsets I didn't get. This was 13 days ago. They have stopped replying to my inquires, and when I asked for a shipping #, gave me the SAME one as for the original package. If it's possible to report a company for fraud despite the fact they are in the UK and I'm a US customer, I will definitely try. As a person who's worked extensively in customer service, it irritates me to no end when a company shows such sloppy handling, misinformation, and disregard for it's customers.

De har et helt fantastisk udvalg af flotte korsetter, og de koster nærmest intet!

Jeg bestilte lørdag aften mit korset, mandag stod der på siden at nu var det sendt med 5-7 arbejdsdage i levering. I dag (mandagen en uge efter) fik jeg mit korset!

Det er af rigtig god kvalitet, det sidder godt, og stiverne, på trods af at være plastik, virker!

Er super tilfreds og vender helt sikkert tilbage til siden!
