crap
I have baught an item almost 11 days ago... straight after the purchase I received an email confirming that the item has been dispatched. website says delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. now it's been 9 and I have not received it yet. I tried tracking the item using the couriers website and apparently the item has not even been picked up by the courier yet!!
called cosmetics now on the number on the website. a lady answered the phone and she said she doesn't work for cosmetics now... if I wanted to speak to someone I had to send an email as cosmetics now is a web based company.

Easy to use website, beautifully packaged, arrived in good time
This was the first time I used Cosmetics Now. The website was easy to use. My order arrived three working days after I placed my order. On this basis I would probably recommend; I will certainly use them again myself.

prompt, efficient, informative at all stages and the 'real deal'
If i'm honest I was initially very dubious about purchasing high end products form anywhere that had Hong Kong listed as anything to do with it, let alone having a base of operations there. For someone of my age (40ish) this has always represented cheap 'knock offs', counterfeit designer goods and low quality/high volume tat. Great for toys when I was a child, not so great for luxury products... However, I am very pleased to have my old concerns thoroughly dispelled. I was able to order a product it has been impossible to obtain in the UK since Helena Rubinstein withdrew from the British market. It arrived within the 5 days as stated - even including the bank holiday weekend - was safely & securely (although not luxuriously - do not expect to hand this as a gift) wrapped and I was informed of the status and whereabouts of my order at each stage. The product was exactly as expected and when compared to a pot that my wife had been zealously hoarding obviously the genuine article. Very pleased all round, will definitely be using them for all future Helena Rubinstein purchases and indeed any other products that are not easily available elsewhere.

Quick easy ordering and delivery
Managed to track down my favourite foundation colour, which has annoyingly been discontinued. Felt I was taking a bit of a risk buying in bulk from an unknown (to me) source, but my parcel arrived within a couple of days, beautifully packaged. Ordering was very quick and easy. Will definitely use again.

Shipment and packaging was acceptable but not all the prices are the best of the market.
I am happy with the purchase but the prices of some products colud be more competitive. Same product bought was found 33% cheaper in another store. Shipping time was as shown on the web and the costumer support is fast and helpful.

Arrived eventually !
Delivery was a bit slow, but there was a bank holiday to delay things. Well packaged though.
Courier tracking was not at all reliable. When they eventually acknowledged that item ewas on the way, they got the delivery day wrong, said Friday and parcel arrived Wednesday. Would prefer parcel post.

Late delivery of product
Delivery was expected between 3-5 working days and I was going on holiday after 6 working days from the day I purchased the items. I have received the package after 8 working days and therefore had to leave my sun screen at home. Pointless.

Delivery delay
I chose the 3-5 day delivery option and placed my order on a Sunday. Cosmetics Now didn't despatch the order until Wednesday, and I am still waiting for delivery 9 days after placing the order, although at least today I can start to track the order with Yodel (up till now it has always refused to recognise the reference). I did query with Cosmetics Now and they were prompt at coming back to apologise for the delay, but it's not a great start for my first order with this website.

12 Days later - Still don't have parcel.
I made my order on the 25th of April. It was dispatched on the 30th (which seems a pretty long time in itself) but today (the 6th of May) I still don't have it.

Excellent multi task

nicely packaged but huge wait from ordering to delivery
Very good prices, no bother with web site but would have expected some kind of notice on the site about how long it would take before goods received, I expected the order in 3 or 4 days and it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive!

Excellent product and service
I was so pleased to be able to get hold of some "Blue Grass" and the order was filled very quickly.I missed the delivery man (by five minutes!) and they dealt with that promptly and efficiently; they seemed to be really interested in getting it right, despite my order being a very modest one.

Love La Prairie make up
This is the first time I have dealt with Cosmeticsnow and I found the service
excellent ,The la prairie powder I bought you cannot buy in the big shops in
GB only in America which cost me a lot of money to send to me until I found

super speedy delivery
After hunting around for a good price Cosmetics Now was cheapest , the service was really good too, my order arrived a couple of days later,If I've got one complaint it's that the packaging was a bit excessive.
