Completely hassle-free
don't hesitate to order from this company as they sell good quality merchandise at a very reasonable price. They don't mees you around with delivery, either. they phone when they say they will, and they arrive at the exact time agreed upon.

I come back to Cotswold periodically as the quality is great, the process smooth, I've never been let down in terms of delivery or service and I know I will love the product. Just wish I could afford to shop with them a bit more often!

Excellent service and quality products.
Extremely efficient service with a great choice of delivery options. Great choice of products with extensive descriptions which match the products perfectly.
I would definitely order from Cotswold again as they offer such a reliable and friendly service. The communication was excellent with phone calls confirming the delivery date and then phone calls on the day confirming the time.

Effiecient and satisfactory in almost all respects.
Everything worked well from ordering to delivery. The only thing I would say as a reservation is that to get some reasonable sense of when your delivery might arrive costs quite a bit!

Second to none!!
Wow - what service! I'm extremely pleased with my experience even when my first product had to be taken back and replaced because it was cracked. No quibble, just polite and friendly service throughout. Would definitely recommend this company to others. Looks and quality of the furniture is great!

Delivery policy is a problem
Although I'm very pleased with both pieces of furniture I've bought from this company, I got very cross over delivery. The delivery slot is 7am - 6pm, so I had to get up at 7am and stay in all day. By 6pm it still hadn't arrived. Came some time between 6pm and 7pm and was delivered next door, although we were in and the doorbell was working.
I contacted the firm at 6pm to complain. They were helpful. But I don't think it's reasonable to expect people to stay in all day. Some firms send last minute message saying roughly what time to expect delivery.

I'm sorry to hear that your delivery did not go quite as smoothly as normal; this is not what we expect from our delivery service.
We do try and make our deliveries as convenient as possible and therefore offer our customers a choice of delivery upgrades, such as delivery before noon or 10am. Whilst this is not always included in the free delivery service that is selected for your order, we are confident of the quality and value for money you receive with these upgrades.

BRILLIANT
Very pleased with our sideboard, a really good match to the image, and very good value for money. A very easy web-site to use and a brilliant delivery service. Product came exactly when they said it would, within a few days lovely - not to have to wait weeks for delivery. Would highly recommend this company.

I am sorry to hear you were unable to use the payment service you wanted. The reason this service requires a mobile phone is because PayLater use this to send a secure PIN via text message. If you call the Customer Service Team at PayLater however, they are able to give you this PIN over the telephone and you do not need to supply a mobile number.

At last! Found what I wanted at a good price!
Having searched for weeks for a small dresser or sideboard, that I liked and was in my budget, I came up against huge lead times, price that were too high and even a complete lack of stock. Very frustrating! So I'm really pleased to have found something I love, reasonable priced and that will be delivered in a few days time. Hurray!!!

Great customer service.
Great customer service when I requested extra dimensions. Personal call from them to confirm a delivery date and plenty of e-mails including one on the day to confirm delivery. Excellent value for money compared to other companies we looked at. Would recommend the company to friends and family.

Fantastic company: high quality products with brilliant service at great prices
I recently ordered an oak bed. Loved the service, the delivery was exactly as described with a phone call before they arrived to tell you it was on the way. The quality of the bed (build quality, materials, finish etc) was fantastic. I have now placed an order for a chest of drawers too: I didn't consider going anywhere else!

Top service
Should you be considering purchasing oak furniture I would like to recommend Cotswold when placing the order the system was so easy even down to selecting the delivery date and time and it was bang on delivered by two very helpful gentlemen ,
I do not have an ongoing axe to grind with an alternative supplier but please avoid oak furniture solutions following a total disaster of an order that took 5 weeks to resolve and having listed a catalogue of errors in a letter of complaint I received an offer of 10% off my next order an offer I shall not be taking up.

Prompt delivery, great table!
The Cotswold Company's website is very easy to use and display their products very well. We chose 'Marseille Distressed Small Extending Table' based on the spec and the quality images they provided. And we weren't disappointed. Delivery was as ordered, and we put it together and were using for the evening meal. Very impressed for the quality at the price we bought it. I would definitely recommend them to others.
