Delivery estimate at least 6 weeks overdue from original date quoted. Only contact made was twice informing me about new expected delivery dates with no apologises. Eventually arranged a delivery date, product did not arrive, then on contacting the whereabouts was informed it was booked in for the following week. Delivery was upgraded, for the delivery men to unpack etc but on arrival they were not aware of that. Having said all that the ordering was easy and product is of excellent quality. Would I use again? Only if delivery was guaranteed.

I'm very sorry that your order took longer to come into stock than initially anticipated. I'm glad to hear that we managed to at least keep you up to date on the progress of the order but it sounds like we weren't nearly apologetic enough when delivering this disappointing news. The standard of our communications is paramount and especially so when things haven't gone as they should, with that in mind I very much appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will make sure that we learn from this experience in future.
