Easy to order, selection of delivery times and able to contact you if they had any queries . They also turned up on time-fantastic!! The bean bag is a xmas present so I may have to buy 2 if my son gets a sad on because it's for his big sister.

Fabulous, darling!
We ordered our cozibag at 10pm on Wednesday and it arrived (by free delivery) at 11am on Friday! Brilliant service and a fantastic product to boot - couldn't ask for more :0)

Excellent product and service = great value for money :)
I had searched for weeks comparing price and quality of giant beanbags. I requested material samples which arrived the next day. Once I'd established the product looked good I placed an order for 3 xl bags. The communication was excellent even down to an hours delivery slot. The product is just brilliant. I am so impressed I would highly recommend this company.

One happy husband...
Chose to buy a San Luis bag in tan leather - it is gorgeous! Large, comfy, soft leather in a beautiful colour. Excellent value for money. Not noisy as you shift around on it. Cozibag website - easy to use. amazing delivery service - quick and efficient. Can't fault anything. My husband just loves it......best present ever....

Excellent service from start to finish .
I was a bit wary at first but was very reassured by the safe way to pay and the e mails I received. I was kept so well informed about the delivery and was given a 1 hour delivery time in which the bean bag would be delivered. The bean bag duly arrived within this time slot and I am delighted with the quality.

Great service from start to finish
I had been looking for a beanbag for a while and had been having problems matching the colour with our suite. The colour swatches supplied by Cozibag made selecting the right colour easy. Ordering and the Delivery service was exceptionally good, delivery made quickly and exactely in the pre-tested time slot advised on the day.

lovely beanbag.
We bought this bean bag for our dog and he likes it. From a human point of view it is comfortable and well made. It is also bigger than your average bean bag. Would recommend.

SO GLAD I FOUND THIS COMPANY
Excellent service! Great product! Super fast delivery! What more could you want. I looked in Argos at a similar bean bag but they only came in two colours, neither of which I wanted and were out of stock anyway, thank goodness, as I may have gone for their dark brown as I couldn't find anywhere that did Chestnut to match my sofas. I was so pleased when I came across this website and found, not only were they selling them cheaper but they also had lots of colours to choose from including my Chestnut! Delivery was spot on... They allow you to change the day if needed by a simple text and they even text you with an accurate hour delivery slot so you know when to be in. Beats waiting around all day. Can't rate them enough. Will definitely be buying another soon. Thanks

Beautiful product and outstanding service
Sadly my experience of "shopping" in general has been a depressing experience of late. Poor customer interface, things damaged, a bit missing or generally poor quality (regardless of price). However, I am pleased I have found one company that makes shopping a pleasure!
An excellent webite, excellent delivery service and an outstanding product. I have bought the Leather Santiago bean bag and it is undoubtably the best product I have bought in a long time. Accurately described, beautuflly made and supremly comfortable.
I will be returning to buy another model in the very near future.

Order on Friday at 11am and was delivered between 10.30-11am the next day and was kept updated on the progress of the deliver by email and text constantly. Good quality bean bag that fits both kids and adults. Excellent service would recommend to anyone!

Great item at a very competative price. Free next day delivery and although i didnt pay the fee to have it delivered before 12pm, it arrived before 9am. Really pleased-a great company that i will recommend to everyone!

On initial telephone contact with Cozibag staff, they were extremely helpful re my order details .Order received 2 days from order date as stated. .Order can be tracked online,and i also received several E mails and regarding delivery time [a one hour "window" was given] .I received an Email AND a text stating delivery time on morning of delivery Product was delivered in the first 15 minutes of window stated ! excellent
