They offered the best price for both the TV and dongle and they were delivered on time. 4* only because I queried if my Vogel wall bracket would be suitable for the new TV before purchase and was told yes (I even gave the measurements to the member of call centre staff) and then when my fitter arrived to put it on the wall it was too small and I have had to order a new one. This has delayed the set up of the TV by a couple of weeks. Call centre staff need better training on things like this.
