Ordered a 47" LED TV as a mothers day present and paid for a Saturday delivery. Saturday came and went with no delivery. Tried calling, and spoke to someone at Crampton and Moore, and they said that according to their system it had left their warehouse and was out for delivery. Anyway, long story short, delivery did not arrive to the annoyance of myself, and could not give my parents the TV as promised on Mothers Day! Very upset and embarrassed. I sent an email to Crampton and Moore to explain the situation and find out where my delivery was. I got an email back from them on Monday morning explaining there had been a mess up and someone had entered the wrong information, and therefore didn't go out on a Saturday delivery. She did offer a full refund of the delivery cost, and that was appreciated, however, it is the principle of the matter. Although I received the item in the end. When I pay for a Saturday delivery, I expect to receive the item on the SATURDAY!
