Great Stock/Prices, Knowledgeable and Friendly.
Great amount of stock in both the Cardiff and Swansea store. They deal with a lot of different instruments ranging from orchestral to guitars and pianos. You will definitely find something for all levels of playing!
They also do some great deals for beginners and offer a school rental scheme with woodwind, strings and brass instruments.
The staff are friendly and very helpful with queries. They all seem to know there stuff, which makes buying there a lot more relaxing and unnerving. Will continue to shop here! :)

great starter guitars
bought a new Hudson starter guitar for my niece online. great value for money under £70 and it came within a couple of days. Would definitely shop there again

Bought a caparison guitar from here - its a great guitar and the fact the staff were extremely knowledgeable & helpful when I had a few questions made a difference too. Top marks!!!

Really attentive service!!!
Staff are really knowledge and attentive. Massive range of guitars and other instruments. Especially love the Caparison range!!! I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Good!
I have given 4 stars to this company because when ever I go in the shop it's staff are very polite and want to help every customer that comes in. I also like the fast that they know what they are on about. I've been in some music shops and they are just clueless. Plus they seem to have a great range of guitars and other instruments brands from Low cost to High end.
The Reason I haven't given 5 is because I took my guitar down before to fix a Jack Input on my guitar and now it's braking and not working from times and it was only within a few months.
But all and all I buy all my music equipment form this company because it's just a great shop to be in and I feel I can trust their staff no questions asked.
