We ordered some hockey shoes for my wife and a stick and bag for my nephew as a present.
Firstly we had no comms for 1 week and no delivery. I emailed and requested progress.
Told there was a prob with shoes, do we want a different size? Hello!! Why would we want to wear sports shoes too big.
Then the story was changed to there was a problem with the stick.
Eventually after a string of emails that they seemed to forget what they had said in previous mail. We asked to cancel order and have money back. We were told the money would be with us by the end of the following week.Strange! Why so long?
Finally we contacted Visa and they said that they would reimburse us.2 weeks after we should have got the money from Hockey Direct they contacted us to say they had made the payment. I don't know if this was pressure from Visa or just late and poor customer service. Never again and I have warned all our hockey colleagues to stay well clear.
