Still waiting for £5 voucher to be credited!!
I placed an order for a body protector in excess of £100. It states on the Cross Country website £5 voucher for orders over £100. I contacted Cross Country style to ascertain when I would receive this as I wished to place an order. I was advised that my order would be looked out for and the voucher credited - I am still waiting. I received an answer phone message to say that this matter was being dealt with - to date no £5.

Incorrect Size Description
Ordered for a 10 year old. Were tiny, didn't even fit our 5 year old! High postage cost for a poor product.

Fast and efficient
When ordering goods from the internet, one is always in the hands of the delivery company and this can sometimes be a problem, but I was so delighted with the delivery service which was quick, and very professional. The driver was brilliant as he had to negoitate our narrow lanes. The goods arrive on time and in perfect order. Well done Crosscountry Style.

Speedy Delivery
Saw this coat in a store but they didnt have my size. Went online and saw it was on sale! better still. Easy to order, then they emailed when it would arrive. Ordered it in a Saturday and it arrived Tuesday! Was really pleased with the way it was packaged - neat and tidy. Would shop with this company again.

Excellent Customer Service
I made a purchase via the internet, the transaction was easy and I was kept updated on the status of my order until delivery, I especially liked the notification emails and texts. Unfortunately the item did not fit, so I decided to return it for a refund, I spoke with a very helpful member of staff who called me when she had received the item back and a full refund was processed straight away. Brilliant product - Barber jkt. Delivery service used was first class was delivered when I was told it would be. well impressed
wanted my rain coat after seeing in garden centre sale for £54 they didnt have my size after searching internet still not able to get my size or colour I wanted. Found your site and got what I wanted in size and colour spoke to lady after had blip on my computer, she completed my order I got the coat I wanted cheeper than any other site Ihad looked at and cheeper than in the garden centre sale , It was delvered the NEXT day at no extra cost great service I am going to get my husband at coat from you .

I ordered a pair of childrens Jods late one night on line for Christmas. I could'nt believe it when they arrived less than 48 hours later and free postage as well. Unfortunately they where too short and telephoned the shop to ask if they had a longer pair, the lady was very helpful and after having a look said she could'nt help. I asked for a refund and a couple of days later received an e-mail confirming that the refund had been done. Excellent service and will be using them again.

I found this great little website through Google whilst searching for my Jack Wolfskin Iceguard coat. The colour I wanted was out of stock everywhere but Cross Country Style had the coat, the colour, the size and it was cheaper than anywhere else. I placed my order after midday on Friday, but it was still dispatched same day and delivered on Monday. I sent an enquiry before I purchased and my question was answered within half an hour. I am so impressed with this company, that I will be purchasing again, as my daughter is a horse rider and will always be needing things.

When I could not order on line, I phoned store who took my order on Friday and my Musto snugs were delivered on Monday - brilliant!!
This was after I had waited a month for Horse & Hound for thermal jodhs only to be told they were out of stock.

Gallop about on your horse looking fabulous
My niece has this jacket. I thought it looked cosy and warm as well as stylish and practical, so much so I bought it for myself.
