Excellent, First Class Service
CRS have looked after us for several years now and over this period of time I must have purchased more than 50 computers without a problem.
I've recommended them to several friends and companies as an alternative to buying new equipment and always deal with Rebecca who is a credit to the company.

Repeat Customer - so must be doing well
Third occasion I have bought from CRS, and I have found them to be reliable and supply exactly what they say they will - The A, B, etc. grades are exactly as described and useful to know if needing for particular purposes. For example, who cares if backroom PCs have a few case scratches, but customer-facing stuff is better near-pristine. So - useful to know and very happy with the whole process in terms of choosing on site, delivery quickness, and the admin seems quick and automated in terms of invoice copies, etc. All in then - highly recommended.

Fantastic Service
We have bought our eighth laptop from CRS over the past several years and cannot find a better company to deal with. The products are very well serviced and ready to go. Whilst this last time (December 2012) we had a glitch on the laptop this was repaired...... but the same problem arose. It seemed to be software corrosion so this time they speedily replaced it..... with a better model. ???
We are very delighted as always with the service and customer care and full marks to Terry Maguire on his company policy of `customer first.`

You did everything as it appears on the tin!!
The Product was as ordered, waiting for us. They are not totally geared for "personal sales" but we were welcomed and had no issues whatesoever with the service provided. Would happily recommend!

great value fast delivery
needed a reasonable spec but not brand new pc and the Lenovo from crs was perfect. And came with FireWire which was a pleasing surprise.

Excellent service, with one major exception!!!
The service from CRS was excellent and without any itches.
Next day delivery was spot on time, and the goods were well packed, and exactly what I had ordered.
My one complaint is that I thouht the cost of delivery was ehorbitant, being over 25% on the cost of the item bought.
Bearing this in mind, I would have to think twice before reccommending CRS to a friend

We try hard to provide all the detail that helps our customers make an informed buying decision and have racked our brains but have been unable to come up with a better way of presenting the delivery options on our web site.
Like everyone else our third party courier company has suffered from escalating fuel costs and we have no option but to incorporate those costs into our charges.
Thank you for taking the time to give us your comments and I will raise the issue with our management team. Without our customer's feedback we don't know if we are getting things right and what areas need improvement.

Update 13/12/2012
We have now updated our web site with the facility to quickly check delivery costs prior to adding anything to the basket. When clicking on a product there appears on the right side of the screen a field to enter a postcode and the system will display how much will be added to the price to cover packing and delivery. The option to collect personally or use own courier remains available.

Prompt Professional and Friendly
I needed 3 machines for the office network, one new position and two replacements and the HP7900 PCs were just the job. I added a memeory upgrade to one of the PCs which on boot up didn't work but CRS couldn't have been more organised to send a replacement. It took one telephone call, a suggestion for an onsite fix, and thereafter the professional customer service team took over and sent me a replacement PC. This one works perfectly and all three are now an integral part of our network.
Bearing in mind that they added 3 keyboards and 3 mice for no cost and fettled the broken PC so darned quickly I would rate CRS very highly and would happily deal with them again for future purchases.

Excellent. Extremely good value, efficient and friendly too.
I have now bought two refurbished computers from CRS, and am very likely to be using them again. Both computers were delivered promptly the next day, well packed and looking good as new. On my first order there happened to be a fault straight out of the box, but after speaking to them about it I had a replacement power supply next day and all was good.

Reliable, quality used IT kit & excellent customer service
Used CRS for a number of years to source used computers and laptops. Their kit is reliable and if there are any issues they sort them out very quickly and with no fuss.
Pricing is very fair and they always get things delivered within a couple of days.
I'd certainly recommend them if you are looking for value for money but don't need the very latest specs on brand new equipment.

Good delivery and support but items not cleaned quite dusty inside and out.
the computers have had there hard discs cleaned but they are dirty and dusty, this gives an bad impression. The computer had to be cleaned before putting into service.

Very fast and excellent support
I received the item I ordered the day after I ordered it and, although there was a slight fault with the CD/DVD drive, CRS support was excellent; they sent out a replacement drive the same day I informed them of the fault and kept me informed throughout.
I recommend CRS very highly.

Efficient, hassle-free service. Product arrived in a timely fashion and was good as new.
Ordered a Dell Optiplex that was on special offer. It arrived after 2 days. Product was in excellent condition and in perfect working order. Had no need to contact them or chase the order up. They did everything that they claimed on their website. While I may have been able to get the computer a little cheaper elsewhere, I doubt I'd get a better service. I'd recommend CRS to anyone that needs a cheap PC quickly.

A pleasing experience
With the product ordered all that was left to do is collect &pay for the monitor. Communication & collection details were mailed promptly by the company & was pleased at the helpfulness of the staff upon collection. The monitor was in excellent condition with stand, would have no hesitation in recommending this company for it's service & parts.

Service like it used to be!
What a great company this is! Great products, excellent prices and super fast delivery. The refurbished DELL equipment they recently supplied looked virtually new and my customer was delighted with it; especially as it arrived the next day, well packaged and gleaming. Oh, and did I mention how pleasant the young lady was who I spoke with. All in all, purchasing from CRS was a very nice experience and I shall certainly purchase from them again.
