Excellent service, Cheap and fast shipping
System scanner works perfectly enabling you to order the correct memory for your computer or laptop with ease and at a competitive price. Shipping is cheap and very fast. Can get a little expensive for the older memory though, but that is to be expected.
Use them all the time, and have recommended them to friends and family

I only ever buy memory from here now
I must have bought an awful lot of memory over the years. And, over time, the company I've come to trust, and now use solely, is Crucial.
I find their website exceptionally easy to use, with the ability to get recommended RAM based on computer model or motherboard manufacturer. Their prices seem pretty comparable, and I don't think I've ever had a problem with memory purchased from them.
I also now own a couple of their SSDs, and they have worked faultlessly too.
Finally, I can't comment on Crucial's customer service as I've never had cause to try it!

Great stuff!
This is seriously good. The memory scanner is a great idea and works 99.9% of the time, and if it doesn't give you the right results Crucial have given us a no-quibble refund. This has only happened once in over 100 scans so we are impossibly impressed. The price of their memory is also pretty good and you'll find it difficult to beat.

Excellent
Have used Crucial before to order RAM for my machine as theirs is one of the best rated. The selector on the site makes it much easier to choose the correct product.
I ordered yesterday afternoon with the (free) standard delivery and got the item this morning.

Bad experience with expensive purchase
I tried to order from crucial.com, my order was getting declined for 2 weeks with no reasons, until it got finally approved. I payed for express delivery, whole 8 euros. They ensured me that it will be sent express overnight. Just after 3 days i contact their livechat, and i hear that it was sent by normal mail and will take 5-10 days. I dont get it. I live in NL, they ship it from england.
But earlier i was buying in crucial.com and it was ok.

Long time customer
There prices are great, and there products fit the job well. I had a problem with 1 piece of ram and they replaced it 2 times over the course of 5 years. There lifetime warranties cannot be beat.

what more can you ask for
I wanted to upgrade my pc memory, crucial's website analysed my pc and suggested the best fit for my pc. Amazing! Their product selection was great pus the prices were very competative. Delivery was quick, the instructions which came with the memory were great too, very easy to follow. It did just the trick and gave my pc a new lease of life.

First Stop for Memory
Have just used this company for the first time, after a recommendation from the Webuser (or possibly Computer Active - read too many so can't remember which one) magazine.
Website has a nice tool that checks your computer and gives you all the info you need on the type of memory you require. This also gives you options of the memory you can buy and what difference it will make to your computers speed. They even guarantee that the memory will match your computer, after running the test.
Price: 1GB DDR memory was £41 delivered, which was a lot cheaper than most other companies.
Delivery: From Scotland was 'fast'.
Installation: Clear instructions & only took a few minutes.
No problem with using this company again or recommending it to anyone.
