I've ordered in the past and have been pleased with products and services.
However, last order was not delivered, no communication from Hermes their courier. After an escalating I as told items had been "lost" but were in fact returned back to CT. 4 emails from 4 different people and no explanation or real attempt to resolve situation: lots of "sorry" but little action suggests CT are not concerned with my future custom.
I pop in the shop today and just wanted to know if there is any posibility to get shirt for around 20£.]
After asking the question the person looked me like what the hell Im asking for???
And blankly replied NO.
I would normaly like to know the prices but after this treatment I left the store and never will come back.
I've been using CT for a good 5 years now and never once had a problem with them. The quality of the shirts (formal and informal) and cufflinks are fantastic and worth making use of their regular '4 for £100' offers which gives you the price of a high street shirt but with a far better quality. The sleeve length is also chosen at order point for most of the formal shirts which is helpful if you have slightly longer arms. Customer service cannot be faltered either.
I've been buying to Ctshirts for 2 years. Shirts, suits, coat, pants and jackets.
The quality, the design, the cut are very good.
and the price is really affordable.
The web shop is easy to use and delivery time for Spain, quite short.
I always recommend cshirts to my family and friends for its prices and quality.
Have ordered formal shirts (and a tie!) from CT and impressed with the speed of delivery and the quality.
Generally order when the prices are reduced, usually to £17.95 or £19.95. The quality is comparable, if not better, than higher priced high street shirts.
Definitely worth a try.
I tend to purchase most of my formal shirts from Charles Tyrwhitt. The down side being the retail price can be quite high. There are however always plenty of styles available during their sales period. Ranging from £19 to say £39, for a shirt normally 'retailing' around the £75 mark.
All in all, very well made quality gear, stylish and they even offer monogramming to shirts to give it that individual touch.
I've used CT several times - always good and their customer service is excellent. On many of their shirts they let you choose the sleeve length - be careful with this as I do have a couple of shirts with comedy long sleeves that aren't really wearable! My fault though for guessing.
They have a really good no quibble refund policy which I have used before and it works. But most of the shirts I've had from them have lasted ages.
I don't buy shirts anywhere else! The quality of cloth and finish are both excellent. Ticket price can be a bit steep but constantly discounted lines and offers bring prices down to high street level. Their non-iron shirts are simply the best - both mens and ladies (one of the very few places you can actually get non-iron ladies). Overall, great quality products (not just limited to shirts) on easy to use site with confidence of well established quality English tailor. Top notch.
I've been buying CT shirts since they started - and that must be a long time ago, late 80's I suspect. They had a problem with collar fraying in the early 90's but I don't think I have ever kept a shirt from anyu other supplier. A big fan!
