Amazing products, poor service.
First order took quite a few days to arrive which was disappointing as I was excited to get it. The free samples which I ordered were not included. Despite a few emails I have still not received my samples and am no longer getting a response. Never intended or wanted to become a difficult customer. Don't think I will order from cult beauty again!

Love cult beauty!!!
I love cult beauty as they have some of the best products and offer great advices! Their samples are great when you just want to see how you are getting on with something and their customer services really helpful and efficient!!!

Best idea ever
I really love Cult Beauty, you have such a unique concept. I feel special and pampered when shopping at your site. It's great to know that whatever product you buy, has been hand picked with careful consideration. I have been happy with every single product so far. Also loving the idea of 3 free samples, it's a nice way to test out things you might otherwise never buy. Keep up the good work!

Nice products poor packing
Thanks to Cult for the free delivery to Germany! The delivery time was okay, but I was kind of dissapointed of the poor packing of the high class and high price products. No box, just cardboard and a little bit of bubblefoil... Well... Expected a little bit more here... Plus the eye cream by tay was lacking an inner lid, so I can not be sure if it hasn't been opened already... Not sure if this is normal with this product. Can't buy tay in German stores.
All together, i'm very satisfied with the variety of products you offer!!! Gonna order again some time! Thanks

Still waiting for confirmation of refund
I sent back some goods which were wrongly labelled and still have not heard confirmation that I had a refund. There was confusion about what size was actually available - would not use again seem very disorganised!

Still waiting for order, nearly 3 weeks later.
I have not yet received my order from Cult Beauty - nearly 3 weeks after I spent £75 on products. I have called three times, and was told a replacement delivery was on its way, and should arrive in 3-5 days. 5 days have now elapsed since then and no sign of my order. I will call again... Not happy! Why do Cult Beauty not offer a 'track your order' service on all orders? Especially higher value ones. I hope this can be resolved.

Innovative beauty
I loved this website, it was like a treasure chest and everything was well explained. I was looking for recommended products and I had to wait for it to come into stock but the communication about it was excellent. When the products arrived they were really nicely packaged and I have been more than pleased with them; the choices of free sample products is also a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this site to my friends in fact I have already done so.

Speedy delivery and great range of products
I placed my first order with Cultbeauty.com a couple of weeks ago and was really impressed.
Firstly theres a great range of products that can be hard to track down.
Secondly, when I placed my order it was delivered really quickly.

Amazing products & service. Very quick delivery for products unavailable in AUS!
I have bought from Cultbeauty several times and am very satisfied with their products and services.
I buy regularly from Europe based online retailers for skincare and cosmetics which are unavailable in Australia. Among those retailers Cultbeauty is one of my favorite that I would definitely recommend to friends.
One of the advantages is pricing. The price is VAT free for deliveries outside Europe, which is like 16% off the RRP everyday, plus they offer discount codes from time to time which is even better.
The service is also convenient. You can choose samples with your order so
you can try products before you risk your money on something that may not suit you. To me this is great, because you can save the trouble going back and forth thinking of whether you should buy something, or cost extra time and money to return it.
Another benefit is postage and delivery. At present it is free postage on orders over 50 pounds, which isn't really hard to reach as the products are not cheapies and I tend to order multiple items to stock up. Delivery is consistently fast, normally 5-7 working days to Australia, compared with other European based online retailers which usually take 10-14 working days.
I haven't had an issue with my purchases yet so can not comment on their problem resolution service.(No mews is good news!) Overall I think it's worth the highest rating and I would recommend it to Aussie girls.

Good for niche brands, excellent customer service, but needs free delivery.
Always my go to site when I am looking to discover something new, something a little bit special. They have never let me down yet! The customer service is fab too...great communication and helpful when queried. Delivery isn't free yet...I would probably buy more regularly if it was, but overall it hasn't stopped me using them again and again!

Access to fantastic products unavailable in the US! LOVE IT!
Discovered Cult Beauty from a favorite beauty blogger and have been discovering new and wonderful products ever since. Wait and order around the free shipping events (love free shipping). I also thove the occasional gift specials and free samples. Packaging is beautifully done. Service is excellent. I am a very happy customer!

A cult worth following!
I am so happy I stumbled upon Cult Beauty. From the gorgeous easy to use website to the incredible packaging it is a first class service. The range of products is incredible and I can see myself needing lots more space for all my purchases. It is also great that when a product is out of stock I can sign up to receive an email to let me know as soon as it comes back in. All this on top of super fast delivery! Bookmark Cult Beauty and you will never look back!

Always fast and offering great products!
I've used Cult Beauty several times and they are always speedy and well packaged. I love the fact that they have products you cannot easily find on the high street. I find them excellent value especially when they have an offer on. I recently bought 2 bottles of Aromatherapy Associates latest bath oil on a mothers Day offer and couldn't have found a better deal anywhere.
Will continue to use Cult Beauty!

Excellent products, lightning fast shipping!
I bought some products from a brand impossible to buy from here in Europe (Anastasia Beverly Hills). My order came in no time, with very interesting samples and my products, all extremely well packaged and secured. I would definitely recommend this website to anyone!

Niche, Well Curated Brands - Net-a-Porter of Beauty E-commerce
1. Great web presence through sleek and modern as well as easy to navigate website.
2. Niche, Well Curated selection of Beauty Brands.
3. More Tools for make up application and hair would be great.
4. Fun news letters, thought receiving them every two days rather than every day would be better.
5. Tad confusion with free samples. 3 free samples with orders of £25 and above yet, if the order is for lower amount - one still selects the samples but at the point of delivery is disappointment as none was included.
6. Would be great to receive samples in the post as promotion for new perfume brands such as 'I Hate Perfume'

Great products - but needs free delivery
I really enjoy the selection of products available at Cult Beauty, and the descriptions of why things are considered 'Cult' are great. However, my normal go-to website for premium cosmetics and skincare offers free delivery on every order, and that's why I'm loyal to them above all others and make purchases all the time. In comparison I've only used Cult Beauty once, with a free delivery code.

Get Addicted to Beauty Shopping!
I love the design and a wide range of very interesting products on the site (some things I can't find anywhere but here!). But It would be better if there was a function to zoom in a picture (especially when I need to choose a color of something). And it would be perfect if they sent an e-mail shipping confirmation (preferably with a tracking number - if it's possible, of course))))

interesting range of products
Helpful quick service, but I do not think that after using the company the first time we should pay for postage. It should be free postage. But,I would use the company again.

Fabulous Davines at Cult Beauty!
I've been trying various shampoos and conditioners for colour treated hair for some time and spending a lot of money on them. I thought I'd give Cult Beauty a go and bought some shampoo and conditioner for colour treated hair plus an oil to tame the frizz. The oil is now my secret weapon, my hair looks shiny and behaves itself at last. I had a look on various sites for Davines and the best price really is at Cult Beauty, if you don't believe me, have a search! I like the Cult Beauty site and will continue using it.

One of the best beautystores online
They have a great customer service. I ordered a powder which unfortunatly had been broken during shipping, and as soon as I told them, they shipped me another one.
Their selection of products is very unique and they have some nice brands. Only downside is that they are a bit more expensive sometimes than other alternatives.

Tuve un problema en el momento del pago por el tipo de tarjeta ( no entiendo todavía porqué), pero una vez solucionado al usar otro tipo de tarjeta, se tramitó y el paquete me llegó muy rápido ( solo 6 días a Canarias ).

Lovely Packaging and great products
I've heard about Cult Beauty before and thought i would try it for a change. Its great! I love that there are products on here i can't get in other online stores, the delivery was quick and the packaging made everything much nicer to open, it was live it was Christmas!
Postage fees were a bit high, but worth paying!

Best online beauty website I've used.
I like the range of products on this website and the fact that they carry brands I can't find anywhere else, including organic ranges that really work. Shipping is also fast and the products are beautifully packaged. It's also fun to try out the samples included with each purchase.

Good site for beauty secrets
I like most of things that I am recommended to buy from Cult beauty, however their postage is expensive for what it is- it always takes longer than other other companies that are free and I think most people are used to getting free postage today. That is the only downfall I can think of however.

Useful source for finding sought after products that are not delivered elsewhere
There is a very good collection of products - majority towards the high end side. I have purchased quite a few products from Cult beauty, and though i have mixed opinions, I have been satisfied by the results of most. I would request to also include other brands like Dr. Dennis Gross Products which are extremely effective and famous for skin care solutions, but again difficult to find. Also, it would be great if we could more products along the lines of fighting issues like inner hair growth, bumps, open pores or darkened areas on body, and not just for face. I feel there are very few options available for Samples. Please add more choices as it is very good starting point for winning customers. All in all, this website Rocks!! and a very good medium for finding most solutions for our everyday beauty needs :)

One Stop Beauty Shop
A great site with a wonderful selection of amazing products! Whenever I'm feeling in the mood for a beauty shaped treat then Cult Beauty is my one stop shop. Love it!
