Excellent. Got everything, good prices, reliable service.
They always seem to have what I want, including fine point papermate. The prices are good and postage costs small for small items. The goods arrive rapidly and are as ordered. No problems. First port of call for pen-related shopping. What more is there to say?

Great prices, great service!
Found some pens I'd been looking for on cult pens at a good price compared to anywhere else I'd found them. I ordered them and they were with me the following day, very impressed! I also liked the free sample they kindly sent with my order.

Just excellent
Great service, ordered at about 10am, arrived next day. Absolutely no problems, packaging was perfect: enough that I was confident that it would have taken whatever Royal Mail threw at it (or it at!), not so much it was a trial to get into.
A free rubber as well was a nice touch.

fast dispatch and delivery, quality range and selection of products
excellent range of products, constantly being updated with new items. now have free delivery for orders over £10. slight irritation how they separate vat on their invoice, most websites just state the total price for individual products and then offer a breakdown - understand they probably have a lot of business clients, but little irritating for the little guy

Exceptional customer service with an impressive range of pens
I was so pleased to find the fountain pens I'd not been able to find anywhere else, and was then delighted to find a special offer on some Staedtler pens as well!
A slight mix up in the delivery (I forgot to enter my house number...) was sorted out with immense charm and efficiency.
This is a great company, and I hope to find a reason to buy from them again soon!

Stupendous personal service (really!!)
I had never used this site before, but in the middle of doing an illustration realised that I was desperate for a single pen which I have only ever seen in a set. I was over the moon to see that I could order singles of pens, so pushed the boat out and ordered three. I was then contacted to be told that one of the box of ten was in stock, and did I want that now, or when the other two boxes of ten arrived. I was clearly so excited at seeing the individual pens that I didn't realise they were in boxes of 10 individuals! I changed my order to one (box) not three and offered to receive a credit note rather than a refund. To my further surprise, I was told that my account was not billed on order, but on despatch, so that no further financial dealings were necessary. How fantabulous!

Product as described and arrived next day
A friend recommended the site for me to choose a new fountain pen, he has vast experience and with a bit of discussion I settled on one, there is a massive range. I ordered it before 3 and it came the next day. It functions perfectly and there was no need to deal with anybody it all worked fine.
