Over the years I've been a client of Cult Wines the service and level of expertise has improved significantly. There is still some room for improvement particularly on the customer contact side which sometimes appears to be inconsistent. However this exercise is a positive step along that path. This is a highly competitive market and levels of confidence with the supplier (in this case Cult Wines) need to be established.
