Purchased a Google Nexus in Oct 2012, returned within 21 days and Currys replaced it. April 2013 replacement Nexus refuses to charge. Return it to Currys and despite paying them for a additional warranty i am forced to return to manufacturer. This return is organized by Currys. 3 weeks later i have nothing, contact Asus who (they are another bunch never to trust) who put me in touch with repair center, seems my Nexus is still sat at Currys. I have to visit the store again and arrange the collection myself which has to be collected from Currys as that was the original address given and cannot be changed. 9 weeks later im still waiting for the return of my Nexus, i have to phone Asus at least twice a week in this time, while Currys have done nothing at all to assist in the return of this item. My patience with Currys is lost and in the future will take my business else where.
