We ordered a dishwasher to come with a freezer. The freezer was in stock, but the dishwasher was not in stock. We delayed delivery of both items to allow delivery together. Day before delivery I got a call to say freezer would be delivered tomorrow. Asked about dishwasher - she said didn't know what I was talking about. "Please hold". So after being messed about on the phone I went into store to find out what had happened. I was one of 7 (I grabbed his computer screen) that had been sold a discontinued product. So I had to go and pick another one from showroom - I went up stairs and was recommend the one I had order months before that was now discontinued! Then I was told that if I wanted the display model it would be same price as a brand new one would have been. So I went elsewhere - I suggest everyone else does the same if you want to feel like your not in pound land.
