I claimed by email a refund for the price of connecting an electric cooker and other tings, approaching £100. Customer Services said they would need to speak to me by phone and when I gave them an overseas number (in Moscow) they insisted said they were unable to ring abroad, which I found extraordinary, and after I returned to the U.K. and gave them U.K. phone numbers 11 days ago I haven't had a peep from them. I've warned them I'll post something on a site like this and it hasn't had any effect. I just don't understand how they can be so bad.
