We needed to replace an integrated frost free fridge freezer at short notice so called into Curry’s to see what was available. When we purchased our previous one ten years ago the choice was rather limited but ten years down the line things have improved and the choice is much better. We decided on a Beko Integrated Frost Free Fridge Freezer Model BC50F 8.1CU for £299 with a charge of £85 to install the new and remove the old fridge freezer. We expected to have to wait a while for delivery but a payment of £22 secured a next day delivery. As a matter of interest I checked on line to see what people were saying about Curry’s as a supplier. I was horrified by the 1.8/10 score and the string of bad and even hateful reviews from clearly dissatisfied customers. It was hard to believe the ‘Never Again’, ‘Complete Waste of Time’, ‘Utterly Useless’,’ Utterly Appalling Don’t Deserve any Customers’, ‘Rubbish’, ‘Diabolical Service’,’ Horrible Service Will Never Use Again’,’ Don’t Even Deserve One Star’. It was a case of what have we let ourselves in for. Our delivery by Knowhow for Curry’s was exemplary they emailed with the delivery time slot that afternoon and then called prior to delivery the next day to let us know they would be with us in ten minutes. 45 minutes after their arrival the new fridge freezer was fitted and the old one removed. A week later the fridge freezer is still working perfectly so as far as I am concerned we received a five star service.
