An absolutely excellent site!
As a repeat buyer (and a visitor in the Brighton store,) I can safely say this is one of the best import stores out there! Although slightly pricey postage and packaging wise, it's definitely worth the money you pay. I recommend buying as much as you can afford in order to make up for it.
The mystery packages are one of the best things offered on the site, and I highly recommend trying one out, as you get so much for the amount you pay!
The service they offer is excellent and I cannot praise the stores/website enough!

Couldn't ask for a better company!
Writing this review as a very happy repeat customer! Cybercandy stocks everything you can possibly imagine, so I can get my "fix" of candy from the US and Canada which I got addicted to while visiting and living there. Their best bargain EVER has got to be the Mystery Bargain Parcel, though; I ordered one of these yesterday and had it in my hands under 24 hours later - crammed full of stuff, most of which was actually still in date too. I don't know how they do it for the price, and I don't know how they squeeze all those goodies into that little box either! Very highly recommended!!

Everything perfect and the shipment was very fast living in Italy!
I have searched several online companies which offer American Candys and ship them to Italy, and found out only very few do.
CyberCandy is probably the one with the most products and offers great prices.
The shipping was very fast and there were no errors with my order.
The only concern is that the shipping price was quite expensive (£23) for a £115 order, but I advise to make a very big order so that the price is spread out.
Also for having ordered that much candy I expected a small gift, or some extra products.
But I was given what I had ordered very fast and in perfect shape, so cannot ask more.
Overall I'm very happy for having chosen this company and if you're looking for candy which you cannot buy in your country (I'm in Italy), it's probably the best solution!

Absolutely Excellent Company To Purchase From!
I tell you what, these guys at Cybercandy.co.uk are absolutely fantastic when it comes to its online store. Items come super quick even when sent via Royal Mail!
I have had a few items which have been missing or sent incorrectly, however their turn around time is great, no issues they send out new items straight away cannot fault them what so ever.
Their customer service team are great via e-mail and their live online chat, very friendly however work professionally and efficiently this is a perfect A* example of how a business should be managed and how they deal with their customers.
This is the reason why I always purchase off these guys for the reasons above as well as their prices are great as well as the delivery options they offer good value for money.
I recommend Cybercandy to anyone, even new online buyers looking for American candy to purchase. You can pay via Paypal so if there were any issues (even though there are none at all! Cannot fault them) you'll have safeguard over your money.

More Wonderful than i had ever expected.
A truly professional service. Communication was second to none, i knew what was happening with my package at every step. The website is easy to use and is very well laid out, ordering was a breeze.
My order arrived very quickly and was packed to a very high standard, upon opening my order of delicious treats i was amazed to find some extra treats had been added to my order, not many companies provide such a high level of service these days.
Cybercandy will be getting more of my custom very soon.

Fantastic service, products and communication
Am delighted with my purchases from CyberCandy. I ordered them on Sunday around lunchtime and they were delivered to me by lunchtime Tuesday (all for 99p delivery). Received emails to let me know they had received my order and that the order had been dispatched. I will definately be ordering again :-)

Excellent service received numerous txts and emails when my parcel was due out for dispatch ,could not fault cybercandy one bit kept there promise on the delivery time which can sometimes be touch and go with it being so close to xmas .Ordered mystery box for xmas present and box is packed full of different sweets and chocolates .Will definetley be shopping with cybercandy again.

Great selection!
I've shopped in Cybercandy from time to time whenever I've been in the mood for something sweet but different. I ordered a mystery box online for my boyfriend for Christmas. It arrived today and is filled with a great selection of things to choose from so it suits a wide range of tastes. Online they warned that all the products would be out of date but the ones in the box I have received are only out of date by a month or 2 at the most and, as it's all mainly sugar, that's nothing to worry about. I love Cybercandy and finding out about these mystery boxes and what a great deal they are has made me love them even more!!

Fun, friendly company with good variety of products!
CyberCandy have a good selection of Sodas and Candy imported from a wide variety of countries. The service is good and delivery is fast. I especially like the bundle boxes they do for you, I purchased a few mystery boxes which each came with a well picked variety of sweets. Would recommend them to anyone wishing to import candy!

twinkies!!!!!
ive been buying my twinkies from this company as i heard that twinkies is not coming back anymore due to liquidation company gone bust :( so i made sure i stocked up. the packaging is so cute from this company aswell excited every time i receive my order! This site is so helpful they have such a friendly email manner i cant say anything bad about this company its the best american food site in the uk! i love it and will be buying more goodies soon please give this site a go its such a brilliant site and fun to have a look around too. :D

Would have no problem in recommending and reordering from Cybercandy in the future
First class allround service.There was one item missing from the order but after i notified Cybercandy the item was promptly dispatched.I never judge any one making a mistake but on how quickly the issue is rectified so for me i feel the service is first class.

We are very sorry but shipping to overseas destinations is not cheap - we do not make money on shipping; on the contrary we charge less than the actual cost of postage, packaging and processing.

Always Awesome!
Amazingly good Service, Price and Range!
I have never had any issues with the many times I have used CyberCandy Online or In-Store. Birmingham Staff are always friendly and the Range and cheap prices and postage Online is great!
The care and organisation each package ordered from the Online Store is amazing it's always neat and makes receiving the goodies even better!
The services they offer if any of your items become unavailable is great, it means your order can be exactly how you expect. If there is any problem, they are very quick at getting it sorted.
I have recommend CyberCandy to many of my friends and they all fell in love with it too!

use by dates very short :(
we found products great but the use by dates were very very short and were for a surprise birthday goodie bag of treats and so we were very disappointed and had to give them before the birthday and this would put me off buying in the future :(

Thank you for getting in touch; as per our earlier reply to your email, the product you purchased are fresh cakes manufactured in the US and they have a shelf life of a little over 2 weeks. We have these cakes flown fresh from the bakery, but this takes a few days including clearing through customs. All this means that we have a windows of about 1 week to 10 days in which to get the customers to our customers leaving a few day before their best before date. The good news is that the best before dates are very conservative and that when kept in cool dry and dark conditions they can easily stay fresh when unopened for up to 2-3 weeks past this best before date.
These short dates in no way reflect on the handling of our wider range of products which of course are not fresh products and have considerably longer shelf life. We brief our packers to check all products and to always contact customers where there are short dated products.
We do state that in the product description and we are sorry that it is not clear enough - we will now aim to make it clearer to save disappointment.

From their easy to use website to receiving my order, Cyber Candy are an absolute pleasure to shop with. They have an almost overwhelming array of goodies to choose from. The prices are pretty reasonable considering they're selling imported goods.

A really unique company, but more importantly a *trustworthy* one.
So I admit I'm a bit of a Japanophile, and I adore the (largely exclusive) range of Hello Kitty sweets this company do. However, during my various shops with Cybercandy I've also had the pleasure of A) giant Pocky B) Harry Potter Chocolate Frogs, C) Super cute (and bubblewrapped secure) packaging.
I've been to their Covent Garden store (before it relocated and after) and have always been impressed with the sheer range of things they do. Everything from Tootsie Rolls and Twinkies (which are, admittedly, unimpressive after Riesen Bars) to genuine Mountain Dew, and much more besides.
If you know an American candy fan, or even a Japanese candy fan, Cybercandy will have it in stock ready!

Fantastic, Sweetastic, Tangfastic!
Cybercandy is truly awesome, as an online shop its upped its game so much since its website was redesigned. Its also worth visiting one of their shops if you get the opportunity, what an experience it is - "not just a sweet shop" should be their slogan! Also if you have any issues at all, they are really helpful, especially Lulu!

Excellent website will make you drool

Awesome, awesome, awesome!
I was looking around for Jelly Belly gifts for my other half (he's obsessed!) and I found Cybercandy with not only a really good range at a decent price, but best of all you can make your own 1kg mix bag with up to 5 different flavours! Needless to say somebody will be a very happy sugar-loaded lil bunny on Christmas day! My parcel was delivered a couple of days after ordering, it was well packaged and arrived safely. I'm very happy with my purchase and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I love buying the mystery box from cyber candy! You get an array of sweets from different countries! Makes a really good present! They are out of date, but still taste the same! Who looks at the best by dates anyway :P

taking awhile to post items
everyone says they are really quick at posting out your order (usually within a day). i placed an order nearly a week ago and still have recieved no confirmation email to say its been posted. and according to the website what i had was instock.
i mean how long does it take to ship out 3 items. just glad i didnt pay for next day delivery. bit annoyed as they have taken my money

Brilliant fast service
When i ordered in the early hours of Monday morning i wasn't expecting my order to arrive around mid day Tuesday. Everything arrived in perfect condition, which is a huge plus when you order Cans of soda/pop/whatever you want to call them. The tracking service was also a huge plus even though it was only two days. i will certainly use CC again, especially as we approach Xmas.

Brilliant Customer Service Impossibly Fast Delivery
I don't know how they did it but the delivery was un believably quick. Its was dispatched on Friday and arrived on Monday morning from England to Ireland, also the Twinkies and Fruit Loops are outstanding and the customer service is online frequently and great help to me.

I use em all the time!
I have been a customer now for over 1 year. Use em about once a month and have to say. They have never failed me. The only time they did make a small misstake they gave me a 10gpb voucher as compensation. I live in Norway but the outstanding customer service makes me choose this UK based company instead of simalar Norwegian companys.

Absolutely outstanding customer service
It's been an absolute joy to deal with cybercandy. I'm an international costumer and I won quite a few items in their ebay auctions. (you might as well go big when shipping costs an arm and a leg). Firstly they opened up some auctions previously closed to foreigners when asked nicely and then they found the cheapest way to ship the candy when all my auctions ended, and even though the packages looked like both the Royal mail and the Danish mailmen had been playing football with the two parcels I received. Every item was in flawless conditions due to careful packaging. Not often that happens. However when I got my parcels a few items was missing and some were in the wrong proportions (mixes). However two mails later they send me all the missing stuff and let me keep the wrongs things as well free of charge; plus they added an assortment of their M&M's line as an added bonus. The only things I could complain about was indeed the first mix-up and that they send me two parcels even though I tried adding all the items into one box with the same protection and they did all fit in one box and it didn't go over the weight limit. The mix-up was dealt with as described above. But 23 pound sterling extra postage isn't so nice. Though with the money I saved on the auctions and the good customer service you provided it's a minor thing. So I would absolutely recommend people to shop at cybercandy also ppl. from the rest of Europe. Thank you cybercandy for the service and for providing me with candy I know and love from abroad. It's not the last time I make a yummy order at you guys! :-)

CYBERCANDY OMG !!!! BRILLIANT!
Fantastic! What else can I say. Delivery prices for Next day. Was really cheap for what I placed my order on!
They answered my general questions before I placed and order. And they helped me every which way they could (Under 24 hours reply).
I recived all 4 of my packages ON TIME. and in PERFECT condition. (have made 2 purchases!)
Wrapped up everything came 100% perfect condition. My chocolate was not melted. Everything well in date! Nothing going out of date slightly!
I also ordered £25 worth of Root Beer and Other Sodas! They came wrapped up. Nothing broken, nor crushed in anyway.
DPD the service they use are perfect. They guy who dropped them off, very polite and professional looking.(I was not at home for the first parcel!)
