Super Cybermarket
Cybermarket helped us complete our order and we were able to complete our works on time! We were unable to get parts from our usual supplier, Cybermarket’s response was efficient and obliging. Definitely would use again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Over priced
After I placed my order I received a pop up for the same items for about £60.00 less.

Very average online experience
First of all, the website advertised the speakers as "In Stock" when in actual fact, they had to be ordered from the supplier in Holland, then shipped to the UK, then shipped to me. This resulted in long delays. Secondly, as an online retailer, there should be something in place to give you regular weekly updates on your outstanding orders. Cybermarket do not have this in place. I had to keep phoning to get updates. I have to say that when I did speak to an agent, they were very helpfull. I also found that when I emailed them, it took a long time, sometimes days to rerspond. I was sent an email with a tracking number, finally after a long wait, and the tracking number that was sent to me was incorrect and so I was left trying to find my delivery with the wrong tracking number, which was fairly frustrating. Overall, a very average online purchase experience which could esily be improved. When the speakers did eventually arrive after nearly a month of waiting, they were not damaged in any way, which is a positive.

Cyber by name, but human by nature
I urgently needed a household gas alarm monitor to try and warn my increasingly batty 97 year old mother that she has left the gas on unlit as she cannot smell it now. These are difficult to source on line and impossible to buy in a shop but Cybermarket had them in stock. They were a couple of pounds more than elsewhere but I was able to speak with a very nice man who was able to organise its dispatch for delivery next day. This cost extra but I didn't mind as it meant that I had peace of mind. Being able to speak with someone meant that he was aware of how important it was for me to receive the product immediately so that my mother won't do to herself what Hitler failed to do to her 68 years ago!

Cost of express delivery not worth it
Paid c£10 for express delivery - product ordered on a Wednesday morning at c 10am not delivered until the following Monday. Probably should have just asked for normal snail mail!! (which was free)

IN A FLASH
I ORDERED A INTERCOM PHONE UNIT AFTER OURS HAD FAILED. IT WAS JUST BEFORE EASTER AND WE USE THE UNIT ALL DAY EVERY DAY. I WAS VERY SUPRISED AND PLEASED TO GET THE UNIT THE DAY AFTER I HAD PLACED THE ORDER, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SO CLOSE TO A BANK HOLIDAY. I AM TOLD BY THE STAFF THIS UNIT IS FAR BETTER THAN THE UNITS I HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN ORDERING.

I found Cybermarket through a friends recommendation.
I moved in to a property a year ago and re wired this for full surround sound in each room. I don't plan to live there for more than a couple of years and didn't want to go for a premium speaker system at this stage as it will stay in the property when I move. I was recommended the Adastra 8" Ceiling speaker by a friend so purchased 5 pairs on a bit of a hope that they would provide reasonable performance.
All I can say is that pound for pound these speakers sound great, full rich bass nice top end and shall I say, cost effective! My mates are convinced these are from the likes of JBL or Blue Qube, or another premium brand ! Thanks Cybermarket, great product and great price and prompt service and delivery.

A great shopping experience
After 9 yrs of using a Pair of Skytec 15 " Active speakers, of course i have been shopping around for something slightly lighter but keeping the power i was used to. So i hunted down, via the internet, the same speakers but as a pair of 12"'s ...... Much to my surprise and excitement i found them on Cybermarket's website .... after a little research and i phone call to the Cyber team , i was pleased to find out that my speakers still existed but under a new Badge ' CITRONIC ' ...... i had to have a pair as they boasted the same spec as the 15" but 8 kg lighter. So with thanks with a loan from my parents, the following week i was able to phone Cybermarket back with my card details and i purchased a pair of 12" CITRONIC Active Speakers along with some leads for my girlfriends P.A and some cases for my new 12's. i asked for a 2 day delivery for £5.99.
The Next day ............ They arrived by courier much to my surprise. Not only did they arrive a day early, they were well packed.
I have since already done a gig with my band using them and a couple of solo gigs and the sound is superb.
Thankyou So, so much Cybermarket for a product i have faith in and also for such a nice shopping experience. I have and will continue to direct any of my muso, Dj friends to their Site.

Great service, super fast delivery
All items arrived arrived quicker than expected. The only problem we had is the speakers we orderered were white and the ones we received were black but didn't get in touch with Cybermarket as they were equially smart. Great sound system. Good advise over the phone.

Fantastic service!
I cannot fault Cybermarket at all... their customer service is one of the best I've ever come across. Rob has been fantastic, via email and phone. Very very helpful especially as I was so undecisive as to what to get. Delivery was next day so super fast. I've shopped with them twice (which was upon recommendation and I have since recommended them to someone else I know who has used them) and will be ordering again definitely.
