This is the second time I have returned to CyberPower PC due to the quality of the builds and fantastic all-round service. I always want to have the best components around at the time of buying to get the best benchmark scores possible, so spend considerable time talking on their forums with the very knowledgeable staff to ensure I get exactly what I like and everything is compatible etc.
Their after sales support is also second to none and love the fact the staff are so enthusiastic that they check their forums out of office hours to see if they can help, which more often than not they do.
I can't recommend a better company to build a custom PC and always send friends and family here whenever they are in need of a new machine.
Cyberpower PC answered my questions that I gave them in a friendly manner and with a fast response time. The delivery could have been a little faster but I suppose you get what you pay for since I did not pay for faster delivery. But overall a good experience.
So, cyber power done a great job in answering any questions i had to ask quickly in a timely fashion, however the delivery company were a completely different story (DPS). questions were answered a day late and delivery was late by 2 days. Even when we offered to go to the depo to take it off their hands they refused. overall a decent service from cyberpower but shoddy service from the delivery company
I knew the parameters of the machine I wanted built, but I know nothing about the hardware and compatibility between components. Alan at CyberPower was very helpful in guiding me through the best components for my needs, and did not try pushing anything I did not need onto me. The machine was built and delivered as promised, and sooner than I had expected. I definitely recommend them, and will be using them again. I am loving this super-fast beauty of a machine for games and work!
After issues with another online PC provider due to being over 2 weeks late with my order, I contacted Cyberpower who reviewed my specifications, made some adjustments (down as they were not needed!!). My PC was given a short turnround (5 days) due to the previous issues I had experienced. The PC was delivered on time and without any glitches or problems in the setup. I was kept well informed throughout the build phase and could easily check online as the current status was always available. Thoroughly recommend Cycberpower.
They were recomended to me but i would NEVER recomend them to anyone. I was unhappy with the laptop i recieved so i wanted to return it because they would not sort the issues i had with it. Their customer service was shocking at best because when i asked for them to sort the issue i had they just flatly said nothing they can do. Until i requested to return the laptop for a refund i got nothing more than that, it seemed their technical department do not communicate with the sales department as when my return was process their sales manager told me that he could sort the problem and they would do it at no cost to me. I am afraid that after their lackluster customer service i told him i would be returning it for a full refund.
After them getting the laptop back at their depot, it took them days to do anything with it, it took a heated phone call to their sales department to get them to admit they would refund my money as soon as possible as it takes time for it to get to me. Another example of the departments not talking to eachother because the sales team had no idea i had returned my laptop to them at all.
if i could give a score lower than 1 i would because this company is not somthing i would recomend using to anyone.
The piecing together, ordering and eventual delivery of the system we have purchased went without a hitch. Those we have spoken to have been helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Cyberpowersystem have my recommendation.
Great company. Tech support, customer services and all others involved done everything they could. PC runs great and looks great, no problems at all. Received PC when I was wanting it without any defects. Took minutes to set up the PC from the delivery box to playing with my new toy.
Will definitely be buying next system with this company.
So the computer it's self is amazing, and the way you can customize it and order it how you want is a really great feature to have, since everyone will want something different. So I ordered it, having paid nearly £300 VAT.. Which I don't pay.. And the order status doesn't work, so as you can imagine I'm anxious to get my pc as I just have a laptop at the moment and needed a computer to do work.. And it wouldn't tell me where abouts in the processing stage it was.. And being a quite pactient person I wait. It said 5-10 working days for delivery, so that's really not that long to wait, however it got past 10 days so I rang up spoke to this really lovely guy on the phone in their company from Tyne and Wear, he told me they'd ring me up when they're ready to deliver and set a date/time. One more week went by. Nothing. I'd then received a letter saying that their bank needs to do some more security checks.. Had to wait 2 days to ring up since the letter got to me Friday night.. And their call centres aren't open on the weekends. Anyway I ring them up on the Monday and the same guy says he doesn't know of any letter that was sent to me, it wasn't on their records, now I still don't know why I received the letter as I then got put on to the manager (who was quiet, talked over me, and difficult to understand) she basically told me that they'll ring me when it's ready and the letter isn't on their records so I didn't need to ring up, then hung up. So I was very disappointed in that aspect. And they never did ring me up, it's an automated message that all the company's use, which is the same one you get from eBay or Amazon, just stating when they'll deliver and what time. So it was one week after that that it actually arrived and by then I was just happy to get it.. However, there was one more issue I had, the delivery man. I ordered a pc with water cooling, and obviously if something just so happened to break that it would ruin the whole build, and it wasn't cheap.. He carried it the wrong way up, just plonked it on the ground, and tumbled it through the door. Not happy.. Opened it up, thank to god it was fine, set it up and the hardware was all fine and software was great.. Had to connect it to the router by Ethernet, which didn't really bother me.. And it's all working fast and great at the moment.. This would of got 5*'s but delivery and customer service let it down.
Contacted cyberpower as another company would not answer their phones - their loss and cyberpowers gain. Glad I did go with these guys, they advised that some of my choices were not compatible and offered solutions......some of them cheaper :) There was no "snottyness" when I phoned back a few times with different questions before finalising my purchase and certainly no feeling of them having to deal with someone not as clued up on components as them....well done lads. Realised that the day for delivery was not suitable and asked them to postpone delivery date.....no problems. Oh and btw....pc is a joy to use, everything I expected.
