Good service but parts missing from order
Service was quick and easy. However the part, a pannier rack, arrived without the two long stainless steel bolts required to hold it to the bike frame. In email contact with Cyclestore they were very helpful and are sending the parts when they get them from the manufacturer.

Thanks for the review and comments, unfortunately the delivery service that you selected advertises expecting arrival to Sweden of around 5-10 working days, so far with the bank holiday and weekend, so hopefully the phone case will be with you very shortly. You are able to select a faster service if the times advertised in the free service aren't quick enough.

The unusually cold weatherat the end of April meant I urgently needed a new pair of winter gloves from C2C ride.
Ordered a pair of Altura Nightrider gloves late on Thursday, and they were delivered first thing Saturday morning. Even better the price was lower than anyone else on the Web.
And there was plenty of good communications from Cyclestore confirming both the order and when it had been despatched.

I bought a pair of altura nevis waterproof trousers, the item arrived after three days using their standard delivery service.
The trousers state they are breathable but they are NOT, waterproof maybe but whats the point if you end up wet (from sweating) on the inside?!

I ordered some well priced cycle shoes at 16.15, got an email about 2 hours later to say they had been dispatched. Postman knocked at my door with shoes before 8am the following morning. What an amazing service! Very pleased with shoes so far and description on website was brilliant as I wanted to be sure they would be compatible with Keo Look pedals.
