I bought my bike and accessories [lock, bottle holder, water bottle] for my Cycle to Work scheme at the beginning of August. Right from the start I was put in touch with a chap called George who phoned me up straight away to discuss my order and whether I was happy before proceeding. He also kept me up to date with how things were progressing with my order too.
Sadly due to an administration error my bike didn't arrive on the specified date however, when I phoned up George was very apologetic and explained fully what had happened. I've also been kept up to date with the delivery of my water bottle and unfortunately the bottle I chose wasn't likely to be coming in any time soon due to issues with the suppliers. I was able to chose another and this has subsequently been delivered.
As a way of an apology for my bike not being delivered on time,I also received a £30 voucher which was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. I have since put this to good use on a cycling shirt, gloves and a new saddle, all of which were delivered on time and in great condition.
I really cannot thank Cycles UK enough for everything they've done, especially George Robertson who made himself available directly for any issues I'd got and for sorting out all of my orders. I have highly recommend Cycles UK to both friends and family for future cycling orders.
Ordered from Cycles UK, paid for 24 hour delivery, didn't turn up when chased, I was promised it would come the following day. Despite waiting at home for 2 days it never turned up, now have to wait for a refund because I was charged for a product which never arrived - they weren't even able to tell me when it would arrive. I'll be going back to using [external reference removed], [external reference removed] or [external reference removed] from now on. Shocking service. DO NOT USE! No compensation offered as good will and manager couldn't be bothered to call me! DO NOT USE!
I had phoned Canterbury branch twice to order a helmet, on both times i was not called back when i was told that they would after checking. I then placed an order on-line. Courier delivery was delayed as when first expected they reported service failure, eventually received. Helmet appears to have a fault as inner helmet section is dropped at the front on one side. On contacting head office, i now have to go to the incompetent store in Canterbury, who couldn't bother to call me back to get an order to see if they can fix it which is an inconvenience and cost in fuel as is 35 minutes from my home. So first impression is very poor.
I odered this new saddle for my wife – it arrived promptly in perfect condition and she's very happy with the improvement to her bike. Exactly the quality or product and service I'd hope for.
I ordered my specialized allezz through the website and have no complaints, From the order to the delivery went like clockwork. The staff in the shop also are very friendly and helpfull. will be using cycles uk again and again!
Ordered from these guys and the foska jersey they sent to me had a hole in it :(.
Called them and within 2 days, i had a new jersey and a refund for the p&p.
Absolutely fantastic customer service over the phone and email and it's refreshing to do business with a company online that makes you want to shop with them again - they were also cheaper than other foska stockists and threw in a free bottle.. awesome!

Having decided what make & model bike to buy, we checked out various 'bike' sites and, after checking out feedback/prices etc. ordered a Sunbeam Stun for our 5yr old grandson.
It was simple to order and pay for it at price 20+% below other offers inc.

Cycles Uk are definately the shop to recommend to others for all cycle needs. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and ensure you get the bike that is right for you. Very helpful with ensuring correct settings for seat etc.. I couldn't be more pleased with my new bike.
Some hitches in the online ordering / delivery process, but these were easily resolved by a quick phone call to the helpful guys in store. First time I had purchased a bike as a 'mail order' item, opposed to face to face... so I had some reservations, but I was impressed by the quality of the delivered product (service documentation and no damage at all). Overall - impressed, and would definitely consider for my next purchase.

Struggled for ages trying to find a supplier for a replacement cycle light battery for my Moon x300, even the manufacturer could not provide one! But cyclesuk had one in stock at a very reasonable price and delivered in super quick time. Will definitely look here first for things in future.
I ordered the bike on Christmas eve 2012 after searching the internet for a fixed gear road bike for my sons Christmas present, due to being messed around by another fixed gear bike company!
I received an Email before delivery from one of the employees who was dealing with the order letting me know there was a small hole in one of the handle bar grips, i was sent a picture of the damage and an option to cancel the order should i desire.
Gave Cyclesuk a phone call asking if the handle bar grips could be replaced with handle bar tape, and i was told they would only replace with "Specialized" handle bar tape as the other is not as good, i did say if no handle bar tape was in stock it could be delivered with the small hole in the grip (as son was desparate for his new bike!)
Bike was delivered the following day with "Specialized" handle bar tape instead of the grips at no extra cost to me.
I would most definately deal with cyclesuk again as the customer service for this order has been absoloutely first class, something of a rareity these days, especially with online ordering.

The site was easy to follow, really easy to purchase from and the delivery was right on time. The only think missing was a note to pin point the exact delivery time but that was out only gripe. The helmet is awesome, better than we expected although the site photos were accurate. I think it was just so much lighter than we thought!!
Our son had asked for a particuler sort of cycling shoe as a Christmas present but we could not find them in his size anywhere. At Cyclesuk we were offered the latest version of the shoes in his size, which were were swiftly and efficiently dispatched. An excellent service
Brought a cycle jacket & gloves for my husband for Christmas. He loves them! My order arrived within a couple of days, great communication, would very much recommend you use this company.
From initial viewing through to ordering to receiving bike, excellent service. My only small gripe is that once putting bike together,
[which is dead easy] the front wheel had quite a buckle in it, and it took a fair time to adjust spokes to compensate. Its better but not perfect. Just makes me wonder if the bike was checked over properly before sending out. Other than that, very good service throughout.
I have found my bike to be top quality, can't really say the same about the aftercare. After approx 6 weeks one of the pedals started grinding, when i spoke to my local Cycles UK store they offered to repair it, but at a cost. I thought because i had just spent short of £1000 on a bike 6 weeks prior this could have been rectified free of charge. As a result i took it elsewhere to be repaired.
I was reluctant to buy a bike online, and the bike was shown as awaiting stock, but it arrived by the promised date by an excellent courier service (who called to check we were in). The bike was prepared better than the last one I bought locally with a pdi note supplied and all I had to do was straighten bars and attach pedals following very clear instructions Wheels etc were all in place- I didn't expect that. I was really impressed with price and service and would buy here again. Excellent.
I bought my bike on-line and it is perfect. Slight problem with delivery as they didn't let me know when it was coming, but when i rang up they got the bloke to deliver to my work. Just had to put the peddles on and turn the handle bars and i could cycle home. Bike is just what i wanted so i'm really happy. :-)
After searching for a soecific bikes on many sites returning a search status as out of stock, I luckily came across cyckesuk. They had ut in stock and promised delivery eithin 7-10 workung days.
