Cyclesuk give the quality of service all others should strive to achieve...

Having decided what make & model bike to buy, we checked out various 'bike' sites and, after checking out feedback/prices etc. ordered a Sunbeam Stun for our 5yr old grandson.
It was simple to order and pay for it at price 20+% below other offers inc.
free delivery quoted as 5 working days...
2 working days later, we were pleasantly surprised to have John, the XDP parcels driver efficiently (and exactly as the stated tracking time) deliver the bike...result 1
grandson 'over the moon' with his new bike surprise !
Can't say more than 'excelent service, the whole experience was simple, worry free and efficient. Have already reccomended Cyclesuk to many friends...

Great price - good service

Some hitches in the online ordering / delivery process, but these were easily resolved by a quick phone call to the helpful guys in store. First time I had purchased a bike as a 'mail order' item, opposed to face to face... so I had some reservations, but I was impressed by the quality of the delivered product (service documentation and no damage at all). Overall - impressed, and would definitely consider for my next purchase.

One in a million!

Struggled for ages trying to find a supplier for a replacement cycle light battery for my Moon x300, even the manufacturer could not provide one! But cyclesuk had one in stock at a very reasonable price and delivered in super quick time. Will definitely look here first for things in future.

Outstanding cusomer service, buy from CyclesUK with confidence!

I ordered the bike on Christmas eve 2012 after searching the internet for a fixed gear road bike for my sons Christmas present, due to being messed around by another fixed gear bike company!

I received an Email before delivery from one of the employees who was dealing with the order letting me know there was a small hole in one of the handle bar grips, i was sent a picture of the damage and an option to cancel the order should i desire.

Gave Cyclesuk a phone call asking if the handle bar grips could be replaced with handle bar tape, and i was told they would only replace with "Specialized" handle bar tape as the other is not as good, i did say if no handle bar tape was in stock it could be delivered with the small hole in the grip (as son was desparate for his new bike!)

Bike was delivered the following day with "Specialized" handle bar tape instead of the grips at no extra cost to me.

I would most definately deal with cyclesuk again as the customer service for this order has been absoloutely first class, something of a rareity these days, especially with online ordering.

Simple, clear site with a simple clear dispatch to one very happy little boy.

The site was easy to follow, really easy to purchase from and the delivery was right on time. The only think missing was a note to pin point the exact delivery time but that was out only gripe. The helmet is awesome, better than we expected although the site photos were accurate. I think it was just so much lighter than we thought!!

Very good online service.

From initial viewing through to ordering to receiving bike, excellent service. My only small gripe is that once putting bike together,
[which is dead easy] the front wheel had quite a buckle in it, and it took a fair time to adjust spokes to compensate. Its better but not perfect. Just makes me wonder if the bike was checked over properly before sending out. Other than that, very good service throughout.

Bike Excellent, aftercare no so

I have found my bike to be top quality, can't really say the same about the aftercare. After approx 6 weeks one of the pedals started grinding, when i spoke to my local Cycles UK store they offered to repair it, but at a cost. I thought because i had just spent short of £1000 on a bike 6 weeks prior this could have been rectified free of charge. As a result i took it elsewhere to be repaired.

Excellent cycle mail order service

I was reluctant to buy a bike online, and the bike was shown as awaiting stock, but it arrived by the promised date by an excellent courier service (who called to check we were in). The bike was prepared better than the last one I bought locally with a pdi note supplied and all I had to do was straighten bars and attach pedals following very clear instructions Wheels etc were all in place- I didn't expect that. I was really impressed with price and service and would buy here again. Excellent.

brilliant bicycle

I bought my bike on-line and it is perfect. Slight problem with delivery as they didn't let me know when it was coming, but when i rang up they got the bloke to deliver to my work. Just had to put the peddles on and turn the handle bars and i could cycle home. Bike is just what i wanted so i'm really happy. :-)

At last a company which delivers great service

As a visitor from Australia I was really impressed with the speed of service & the delivery info provided. We saw a guy in Bakewell wearing a Wallace & gromit bike jersey & immediately thought it would be an ideal present for our son's upcoming birthday. A quick enquiry on where he had purchased the jersey & within no time flat it was delivered to a family address for our collection & is now in Australia ready for gift giving. Before I ordered my bike I phoned to double check they actually held the item in stock, he was very helpfull and informed me that if I ordered today(monday) delivery would be on Friday. A quick phone call in the week to check the progress confirmed what I was initially told. Friday came and the bike was delivered as promised, well packaged with all the necessary accessories.

In the end!

Bought a Willier Izoard at a great price but the first one arrived damaged with a chip in in carbon with other scuffs caused in transit. The response was excellent by the staff and they quickly found a replacement. The second bike appeared within the week and whilst the frame was okay the rear deraillier was pushed in to the rear wheel! I decided not to send this bike back and asked for a replacement hanger and this took nearly two weeks to arrive and I then fitted this myself even though CyclesUK afford to pay to have this done at a local shop.
I cannot fault the staff at cyclesuk for their positive responses but the couriers used I would not entrust them with delivering goods if you want them to arrive in A1 condition. Would I use Cycles UK again? Yes but I would pick the bike up myself.

First time I have used Cycles UK and I got a first class service - top company

My order was just a small order for a set of cage bearings I treated as if I had placed a large order, Cycles UK staff were first class in particular Jack Mason he went out of his way to check stock and kept in touch by e-mail, with staff like this a company can only go from strength to strength. While he didn't stock the exact bearing he was able to get me another which was compatible nothing was to much trouble and delivery was within 24 hours.
