Cheapest, quickest and most straightforward website

Fantastic prices, fast delivery!

I needed a good lock for my new bike. I did some research, found what I needed and then looked to see where I could find it the cheapest. Cyclexpress did. The site was easy to navigate and the purchasing process, painless. The lock arrived, well packaged within a couple of days which meant I could get on my bike lovely and quickly!

Cyclexpress were the cheapest shop where I could find the older Cateye LD600 rear light (less than half the price of the newer models and just as good) . The light arrived faster than I was expecting. I will be using them again.

10 out of 10! Try them, I did, excellent price, service/shipping!

Shopped for U-lock online, best price from cyclexpress, wasn't sure about ordering as hadn't used before, usually Wiggle etc.
Checked online reviews and decided to order, received lock superfast and brand new, exactly as described.
Excellent service and price so I would be very happy to buy from again and recommend!
Give them a try....I did and all good!

Poor

I ordered glasses they supposed to be black frame and they are not(black/yellow) ;(((. on the picture lenses looking dark in the box they are yellow. Very poor description on website I could not find color of the lenses. At the moment we are in process to exchange purchase. I did recommend cyclexpresss before but now I don't.

Great products at great prices with excellent service !

I ordered an Altura ladies top for a friends birthday which was in the sale at a great price. Top arrived within 3 days but then discovered she already had the same one. A quick phone call was all it took to ask for an exchange and they even sent the new top out for me before I'd returned the original. What more can you ask for ?! The top is Fab and my friend will be well impressed. Thanks Guys ! Will shop with you again.

Efficient service that let you know what was happening & good product description

I checked out cycle lights through various review sites and the cateye product came out on top. The description on cyclecxpress helped to make sure I'd identified the right product. This was the best price I found on line plus free p & p. Emails let you know when it was dispatched and arrived within 2 days. Product seems to be as good as described but not yet used.

Quality service and products

Bought ladies Altura padded shorts (10) and Synergy overshoes. Shorts sizing is a generous 10. Didn't want to spend a fortune, but wanted quality products - lots of sites offer the products at good prices, but often don't stock the popular sizes. Would use cyclexpress again.

Company transformed under new ownership, bit dubious about buying when looking at previous owners feedback.
I would suggest you can certainly buy with confidence now - feedback is excellent as you can see.

Keep it express!

Purchased a waterproof/wind-proof flourescent jacket from cyclexpress, delivered on time as promised. Couldn't find any reviews on the Boa performance jacket so bought by sales pitch and price, fingers crossed so far. Fit is good and does keep wind and rain out, have yet to use it in heavy rain. Zip seems a little tight but this might free with further use, adjusters on cuffs seem a little flimsy but as I have said I have only just purchased so will update in a few months time.

I purchased a set of cat eye lights and orbit spoke lights from cyclexpress. The price was good and the service brilliant. On 1st use I lost the nut from the rear light without which makes mounting impossible. I emailed cyclexpress and was amazed at the response. I thought I would be passed on to the manufacturer but not so. Julian replied imediately and ascertained the part that I had lost. He got back to me within an hour and told me he had posted a spare out to me!!! This is better service than you receive on the high street and companys like this are ambassadors for internet shopping. Dont hesitate to use this company, impressed and amazed. Angela. York.

Well deserved 5 Star

Wow! Fantastic price attracted me to Cyclexpress. Item arrived in record time. Sadly a fault appeared on the Cateye torch but the help desk was answered after only a couple of rings and the most polite chap put me right and torch now works as it should.

I will definitely use this company again - it is the best I have bought from to date - the service is exemplary.

Amazing!!!!

Well, decided i needed some new MTB shorts and had a budget of 40 pounds so decided on the Altura ascend at 39.99.
After a quick google search i stumbled accross the Cyclexpress website and im glad i did, 31.99 delivered which was a cracking price but i needed them within the week ready for Llandegla.

Took the plunge and ordered and the despatch time was immediate. Ordered sunday night and delivered Tuesday, fantastic service but better was to come. Unfortunately the shorts i ordered were out of stock but knowing that i needed them fast they sent me the next model up which were 59.99 retail at no extra cost!!!! What a fantastic gesture and much appreciated

Great Service With Fast Dispatch A*** (0rder 19238)

I've been into mountain biking / commuting to work for over the past year and a half now and like to call myself a proper cyclist, having ordered many parts from well known internet biking companies i find it hard to use anyone else.

The dark nights are approaching and being on the road, i was after some new lights to be seen with but i'm on a budget, i found a set of particular lights that seemed to be reviewed well by customers who had purchased them.

Upon this i decided to see if you could find them cheaper being on a budget and Google shows up Cyclexpress.com i was skeptical at using them as i had never heard of them but decided to take the plunge when i found myself getting them £10 cheaper from my usual place of purchase with free shipping too and having read reviews i felt safe to complete the checkout.

I ordered the lights late Sunday evening and they were delivered to my work place before midday on Tuesday, i was gobsmacked in all honesty, i couldn't ask for a better service and will be 100% returning again when i need something.

For me reading previous reviews made me use this company and I felt it was important to leave one myself. Thank you again cyclexpress for a cheaper problem free 1st class service.

Great company, I really recommend them, it was easy to order and the 3/4 capri's were sent out very quickly. It will be good to see more female stock and items for the larger cyclist too.
