Outstanding Service
I've ordered twice from Cyclexpress.co.uk and both times, regardless of delivery being free, the goods have arrived within two days of me ordering them.. In future I will always refer to their site first when I need cycling equipment :)

Very good service
Cycle Express are a very reliable business in my experience.
I have placed a couple of orders recently; the first one was upgraded to a better product as the one I ordered was out-of-stock.
Most companies would just refund your money so CE definitely go the extra mile.

Reassuring purchase from a company I had never used before..
As the darker nights are creeping up on us I decided it was time to get some lights for my bike. After reading reviews of what was available I made up my mind which set to buy and put them into a well known search engine to try and source them at the cheapest price. Cyclexpress came up considersbly cheaper than other places although it was a company I hadn't heard of before. I decided to give them a try and am so glad I did. With an easy website to use and prompt delivery it is a company I would definately use again and would recommend to friends.

Back on the tracks thanks to Cyclexpress!
Suddenly found I needed a couple of new tyres and was staggered at the price local shops were charging for the cheapest tyre. A quick search found Cyclexpress with a great offer on two tyres and two innertubes (mine looked like patchwork quilts). So I ordered late on Friday afternoon and the package arrived first thing Tuesday morning. By Tuesday evening the tyres and tubes were fitted and I did a bit of servicing on the bearings and I feel like I have a new bike! The tyres are basic with nobbly grip but don't make too much road noise and look as though they'll last for twenty years. Thanks to staff at Cyclexpress for quick delivery and the bargain price. I will definitely shop with you again and will recommend you to friends and family.

Competitive prices and a speedy delivery
Ordered a cycle jersey that was unavailable on other more famous cycling websites. Looked for the shorts that my wife wanted too and they were cheaper here than anywhere else. Excellent speedy delivery - will definately use the company again - add them to your favourites list!

Great customer service
Cheapest website found for the bibshorts I wanted. Easy site to use with efficient payment means, could perhaps do with adding paypal as a payment method. The delivery was prompt and the customer orientated approach with the free upgrade due to the lack of stock on the Dare 2 B bib shorts was appreciated.

Fast service,excellent prices
I ordered a new Cateye cycle computer,on line,fairly late in the afternoon; it arrived first thing the next morning (free p&p). I was very impressed particularly as I live in N Ireland. The price was lower than any one else was offering. I plan to order again soon

Excellent Service and Price
Bought Cateye Strada cycle computer (saved £20) and then bought a Beto Track Pump for only £13 saving a further £12 buying through Cyclexpress. Delivery was free and I had both items in less than three days. In fact I only ordered the pump on Saturday and it was delivered today (Monday). How do they do that. Mind you I did get one shock; it was in such a large box I thought I'd ordered the wrong bit of kit - I haden't - so they're obviously very careful about packaging so save goods from damage. Will definitely use again.

Great customer service
I ordered a cycle helmet because it was a very good price and free delivery. When it arrived, there was a problem with the helmet at the back, hidden by the packaging, so not the company's fault. They immediately sent out a replacement and paid postage for the return. Great company to buy from.

I actually used the site under the previous owners for many years. There was one hiccough in that time, but otherwise cheap and fine. This time was pretty similar. They had a small problem with their online purchasing system re postage and packaging charges, but they sorted it out quickly. Good price, the best I'd seen. Good range. Regular deals. Worth recommending.

Great Value for Money, Great Service
On the one hand I was attracted by the competitive pricing and comprehensive range, on the other I was cautious after reading the reviews.
So I called them and found out the company was under new ownership.
Julian, their customer service rep, was very informative as well as helpful and kept his promises. All good signs. I placed the order, and received my goods as promised.
5 out of 5 for this experience. All good. I'll be going to them again and recommending them too.
