Great customer service - would definitely buy from them again.
Ordered a new Samsung TV for my husband. TV arrived within 2 days but was unfortunately damaged (slightly). Spoke to live chat and they said I could either have the TV collected, inspected and then replaced or as I live locally take it in for inspection. TV was bulky but duly repacked it and took it up to them in the back of the car. Manager came out and inspected the TV and a new one was despatched the same afternoon. The new one arrived the following day. Cannot fault their customer service at all who went out of their way to sort out a replacement and to get me a new one in the fastest possible time. Have bought from Dabs before and will do so again. You want "no hassle" buying then go to this firm.
