OK if you dont have to return
I ordered a 1TB hard drive from Dabs for a friend, when it arrived it was no longer required, so I sent it back to them using their 7 day no quibble returns policy. It was returned on the 24th March, and on the 3rd of June I am still awaiting my refund. Firstly they said they were processing the refund, nothing happened, a few weeks later I got a bit arsy and told them I was unhappy, they said they would escalate it to their higher authority. More weeks passed and I demanded a refund, they then said they hadn’t received it, so I managed to find my proof of delivery and sent it to them, more days have passed and still nothing so I sent another email, and again they say they have passed it on to the higher authority (God perhaps?). On the phone to them now but it takes about 50 minutes each time to get answered, will never ever use them again, even if they are the last tech company on earth!
