Ordered online where delivery was initially given as '1-3 days', which turned into '1-3 days after processing' after completing order. 4 days later I was told my order had been dispatched. When it had not arrived 4 days after this I contacted Dabs to find out what was happening, was told it was coming directly from their supplier, they would contact the supplier but it would take 48 hours to get a response. 5 days later, after more emails and phone calls, I was advised that they were unable to supply my order as it had been discontinued. I was left feeling that I I hadn't pestered them I would still be sitting here waiting for something to arrive. Just to rub salt into the wound, during this time I received an email from Dabs asking me to review my purchase!!
