Most of the time its smooth. You order, you pay, you get the goods a few days later. My last two experiences however had issues and the eticket system is a) slow to respond b) they often don't reply in context to your query as if they'd actually read it and c) customer services seem unable to actually do anything to turn an unhappy customer into a happy one. I don't know whether I've just been unlucky but it's been clear that 2 of the items I've received in 2 separate orders had been opened, presumably in the warehouse.
