Only 90% would use again??? 1 in 10 deals are not happy with the service you provide, that is a lot of unhappy customers. Well now after trading with you for around 15 years I find hat I will not trade with you again after the deplorable attitude you have when returning a faulty motherboard. You failed to check the fault and rejected the return by finding some bent pins on the CPU socket. What a cheapskate way of dealing with a return.
Returned to Dabs the supplier who carried out a visual inspection. They found that several pins on the CPU mounting socket bent/twisted and rejected the complaint and sent the duff motherboard back to me. I have no idea whether the pins were bent before I installed the CPU or whether I damaged it removing the CPU and trying to fit the plastic cover or whether it happened sending it back or even they damaged it. The reason for sending it back was 6 USB sockets did not work. They have not checked this problem, they have failed to justify the rejection because they have not checked it.
