Ordered a load of components that were all in stock. Added a recommended bundle which included some cable ties. Cable ties were out of stock.
Got two CPU's the next day, nothing else. Emailed customer service 3 times. No response. Rang customer service, no reply. Eventually got through in the afternoon of the second day and promised that my components would be delivered the next day. Next day, no delivery. Same trouble getting through to customer services on email or phone. Eventually got through and they removed the cable ties that weren't in stock and promised a Monday delivery as they had missed the Saturday delivery by this stage. Monday - no delivery. Same trouble getting through to customer services. Eventually get through and whilst we'd been waiting for stock of cable ties, the memory ordered had gone out of stock, despite it showing in stock on the website. Cancelled the order after 45 minutes on the phone.
Dabs used to be good, what happened! Worst service I've ever received.
